Nekonzistentn\u00fd v\u00fdkon syst\u00e9mov na \u00fapravu plynu RTO v\u0161ak m\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165 v\u00fdznamn\u00fd vplyv na \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie a vies\u0165 k probl\u00e9mom s dodr\u017eiavan\u00edm predpisov.
