\u010cistenie plynov pomocou regenerat\u00edvneho termick\u00e9ho oxid\u00e1tora (RTO) je proces, ktor\u00fd pom\u00e1ha kontrolova\u0165 zne\u010distenie ovzdu\u0161ia odstra\u0148ovan\u00edm prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) z priemyseln\u00fdch v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov. Je to vysoko \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 rie\u0161enie, ktor\u00e9 sa pou\u017e\u00edva v mnoh\u00fdch odvetviach vr\u00e1tane chemick\u00e9ho, farmaceutick\u00e9ho a potravin\u00e1rskeho priemyslu.<\/p>\n

Ako to funguje \u00daprava plynu RTO<\/a> pr\u00e1ca?<\/h2>\n

\u010cistenie plynu met\u00f3dou RTO funguje tak, \u017ee kontaminovan\u00e9 plyny prech\u00e1dzaj\u00fa spa\u013eovacou komorou, kde sa zahrievaj\u00fa na vysok\u00fa teplotu (zvy\u010dajne okolo 815 \u00b0C). T\u00e1to vysok\u00e1 teplota sp\u00f4sobuje reakciu prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) s kysl\u00edkom a ich rozklad na oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00fa paru. Vy\u010disten\u00e9 plyny sa potom uvo\u013e\u0148uj\u00fa do atmosf\u00e9ry.<\/p>\n

Syst\u00e9m RTO vyu\u017e\u00edva dve keramick\u00e9 l\u00f4\u017eka, ktor\u00e9 sa striedaj\u00fa na vstupnej a v\u00fdstupnej strane. Jedno l\u00f4\u017eko sl\u00fa\u017ei ako hor\u00e1k, zatia\u013e \u010do druh\u00e9 l\u00f4\u017eko sl\u00fa\u017ei ako v\u00fdmenn\u00edk tepla. Hor\u00face plyny vystupuj\u00face zo spa\u013eovacej komory prech\u00e1dzaj\u00fa cez v\u00fdmenn\u00edk tepla, ktor\u00fd predhrieva priv\u00e1dzan\u00e9 plyny. Toto predhrievanie pom\u00e1ha zni\u017eova\u0165 mno\u017estvo paliva potrebn\u00e9ho na proces spa\u013eovania.<\/p>\n
