Pou\u017e\u00edvanie regenerat\u00edvnych termick\u00fdch oxid\u00e1torov (RTO) na kontrolu prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) v n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdch prostrediach sa stalo \u010doraz popul\u00e1rnej\u0161\u00edm. V tomto blogovom pr\u00edspevku presk\u00famame v\u00fdhody pou\u017e\u00edvania RTO na kontrolu VOC v n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdch prostrediach a r\u00f4zne faktory, ktor\u00e9 treba zv\u00e1\u017ei\u0165 pri ich implement\u00e1cii.<\/p>\n
Celkovo sa RTO uk\u00e1zali ako \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 pri kontrole VOC v n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdch prostrediach a pon\u00fakaj\u00fa mno\u017estvo v\u00fdhod a benefitov. Pri implement\u00e1cii RTO v n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdch prostrediach je v\u0161ak potrebn\u00e9 starostlivo zv\u00e1\u017ei\u0165 faktory, ako s\u00fa po\u017eiadavky na teplotu a tlak, materi\u00e1ly odoln\u00e9 vo\u010di kor\u00f3zii a \u0161pecializovan\u00e1 \u00fadr\u017eba a \u010distenie. S neust\u00e1lym pokrokom v technol\u00f3gii RTO m\u00f4\u017eeme v bud\u00facnosti o\u010dak\u00e1va\u0165 e\u0161te v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iu \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 a n\u00e1kladov\u00fa efekt\u00edvnos\u0165.<\/p>\n
Sme high-tech podnik, ktor\u00fd sa zameriava na komplexn\u00e9 spracovanie odpadov\u00fdch plynov z prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) a redukciu uhl\u00edka a energeticky \u00fasporn\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie pre v\u00fdrobu \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fdch zariaden\u00ed. N\u00e1\u0161 hlavn\u00fd technick\u00fd t\u00edm, ktor\u00fd pozost\u00e1va z viac ako 60 technikov v\u00fdskumu a v\u00fdvoja, vr\u00e1tane 3 ved\u00facich in\u017einierov na \u00farovni v\u00fdskumn\u00edkov a 16 ved\u00facich in\u017einierov, poch\u00e1dza z V\u00fdskumn\u00e9ho \u00fastavu pre raketov\u00e9 motory na kvapaln\u00e9 paliv\u00e1 pre letectvo (Aerospace Sixth Institute). Na\u0161a spolo\u010dnos\u0165 m\u00e1 \u0161tyri z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie, vr\u00e1tane tepelnej energie, spa\u013eovania, tesnenia a automatick\u00e9ho riadenia, a m\u00e1 schopnos\u0165 simulova\u0165 teplotn\u00e9 polia a simula\u010dn\u00e9 modelovanie a v\u00fdpo\u010det po\u013ea pr\u00fadenia vzduchu. Okrem toho m\u00e1me schopnos\u0165 testova\u0165 v\u00fdkon keramick\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov na akumul\u00e1ciu tepla, v\u00fdber materi\u00e1lov na adsorpciu molekul\u00e1rnych s\u00edt a experiment\u00e1lne testovanie charakterist\u00edk vysokoteplotn\u00e9ho spa\u013eovania a oxid\u00e1cie organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tok VOC. Vybudovali sme centrum v\u00fdskumu a v\u00fdvoja technol\u00f3gi\u00ed RTO a centrum technol\u00f3gi\u00ed na redukciu uhl\u00edka z v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov v starobylom meste Xi'an a 30 000 m\u00b2 rozsiahlu budovu.2<\/sup> v\u00fdrobn\u00fa z\u00e1klad\u0148u v Yanglingu. N\u00e1\u0161 objem v\u00fdroby a predaja zariaden\u00ed RTO je \u010faleko popredu na svete.<\/p>\n V oblasti k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdch technologick\u00fdch aspektov sme po\u017eiadali o 68 patentov, vr\u00e1tane 21 patentov na vyn\u00e1lezy, pri\u010dom patentov\u00e1 technol\u00f3gia v podstate pokr\u00fdva k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 komponenty. Z\u00edskali sme 4 patenty na vyn\u00e1lezy, 41 patentov na \u00fa\u017eitkov\u00e9 vzory, 6 patentov na vzh\u013ead a 7 autorsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1v na softv\u00e9r.<\/p>\n Srde\u010dne v\u00e1s poz\u00fdvame k spolupr\u00e1ci.
