V\u00fdber materi\u00e1lov pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch v RTO zohr\u00e1va k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fa \u00falohu pri zabezpe\u010dovan\u00ed ich efekt\u00edvnej prev\u00e1dzky a dlhodobej \u017eivotnosti.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Keramick\u00e9 m\u00e9di\u00e1<\/h2>\n<p>\u2013 Keramick\u00e9 m\u00e9dium je be\u017ene pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fd materi\u00e1l v RTO v\u010faka svojej vynikaj\u00facej tepelnej vodivosti a odolnosti vo\u010di kor\u00f3zii.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 \u0160trukt\u00fara keramick\u00e9ho m\u00e9dia podporuje efekt\u00edvnu v\u00fdmenu tepla, \u010do umo\u017e\u0148uje vysok\u00fa \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 de\u0161trukcie prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC).<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 V\u00fdber typu keramick\u00e9ho m\u00e9dia, ako s\u00fa sedl\u00e1 alebo monolitick\u00e9 bloky, z\u00e1vis\u00ed od faktorov, ako je koncentr\u00e1cia prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) a obmedzenia poklesu tlaku.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Tepeln\u00e1 izol\u00e1cia<\/h2>\n<p>\u2013 Tepeln\u00e1 izol\u00e1cia je nevyhnutn\u00e1 na minimaliz\u00e1ciu tepeln\u00fdch str\u00e1t a zlep\u0161enie celkovej energetickej \u00fa\u010dinnosti RTO.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Medzi be\u017en\u00e9 izola\u010dn\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly patria keramick\u00e9 vl\u00e1knit\u00e9 deky alebo \u017eiaruvzdorn\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly, ako napr\u00edklad liaty cement.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Dostato\u010dn\u00e1 hr\u00fabka a kvalita izol\u00e1cie s\u00fa k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 pre udr\u017eanie po\u017eadovanej prev\u00e1dzkovej teploty a zn\u00ed\u017eenie vonkaj\u0161ieho tepeln\u00e9ho \u017eiarenia.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Oblo\u017eenie spa\u013eovacej komory<\/h2>\n<p>\u2013 Vn\u00fatorn\u00e1 v\u00fdstelka spa\u013eovacej komory by mala by\u0165 vyroben\u00e1 z \u017eiaruvzdorn\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov, ktor\u00e9 odol\u00e1vaj\u00fa vysok\u00fdm teplot\u00e1m a chemick\u00fdm reakci\u00e1m.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Na v\u00fdstelku spa\u013eovacej komory sa be\u017ene pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa \u017eiaruvzdorn\u00e9 tehly alebo odlievate\u013en\u00e9 \u017eiaruvzdorn\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 N\u00e1vrh oblo\u017eenia by mal zoh\u013ead\u0148ova\u0165 faktory ako tepeln\u00e1 roz\u0165a\u017enos\u0165, odolnos\u0165 vo\u010di oderu a ochrana pred chemick\u00fdm p\u00f4soben\u00edm.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Materi\u00e1ly hor\u00e1kov<\/h2>\n<p>\u2013 Materi\u00e1ly hor\u00e1kov by sa mali vybera\u0165 na z\u00e1klade ich schopnosti efekt\u00edvne dod\u00e1va\u0165 a distribuova\u0165 spa\u013eovac\u00ed vzduch a palivo.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Na zostavy hor\u00e1kov sa be\u017ene pou\u017e\u00edva nehrdzavej\u00faca oce\u013e alebo zliatiny odoln\u00e9 vo\u010di vysok\u00fdm teplot\u00e1m.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Kon\u0161trukcia hor\u00e1ka by mala optimalizova\u0165 stabilitu plame\u0148a, minimalizova\u0165 tvorbu NOx a zabezpe\u010di\u0165 spo\u013eahliv\u00e9 zap\u00e1lenie.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Starostliv\u00fdm zv\u00e1\u017een\u00edm vlastnost\u00ed a charakterist\u00edk ka\u017ed\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu pou\u017eit\u00e9ho v komponentoch RTO m\u00f4\u017eu prev\u00e1dzkovatelia zabezpe\u010di\u0165 efekt\u00edvne ni\u010denie VOC a z\u00e1rove\u0148 minimalizova\u0165 n\u00e1klady na \u00fadr\u017ebu a prev\u00e1dzku.<\/p>\n<div>\n<h2>O n\u00e1s<\/h2>\n<p>Sme high-tech podnik \u0161pecializuj\u00faci sa na komplexn\u00e9 spracovanie odpadov\u00fdch plynov z prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) a redukciu uhl\u00edka a energeticky \u00fasporn\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie pre v\u00fdrobu \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fdch zariaden\u00ed. N\u00e1\u0161 hlavn\u00fd technick\u00fd t\u00edm sa sklad\u00e1 z viac ako 60 technikov v\u00fdskumu a v\u00fdvoja, vr\u00e1tane 3 ved\u00facich in\u017einierov na \u00farovni v\u00fdskumn\u00edkov a 16 ved\u00facich in\u017einierov z V\u00fdskumn\u00e9ho \u00fastavu pre raketov\u00e9 motory na kvapaln\u00e9 palivo pre letectvo (Aerospace Sixth Institute). Na\u0161a spolo\u010dnos\u0165 m\u00e1 \u0161tyri hlavn\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie: tepeln\u00fa energiu, spa\u013eovanie, tesnenie a automatick\u00e9 riadenie. Sme schopn\u00ed simulova\u0165 teplotn\u00e9 polia a simula\u010dn\u00e9 modelovanie a v\u00fdpo\u010dty po\u013ea pr\u00fadenia vzduchu. Okrem toho m\u00e1me schopnos\u0165 testova\u0165 v\u00fdkon keramick\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov na akumul\u00e1ciu tepla, v\u00fdber materi\u00e1lov na adsorpciu molekul\u00e1rnych s\u00edt a experiment\u00e1lne testovanie charakterist\u00edk vysokoteplotn\u00e9ho spa\u013eovania a oxid\u00e1cie organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tok VOC. Vybudovali sme v\u00fdskumn\u00e9 a v\u00fdvojov\u00e9 centrum pre technol\u00f3gie RTO a centrum pre in\u017einierske technol\u00f3gie redukcie uhl\u00edka z v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov v starobylom meste Xi'an a m\u00e1me 30 000 m\u00b2<sup>2<\/sup> v\u00fdrobn\u00fa z\u00e1klad\u0148u v Yanglingu. Na\u0161e patentov\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie v podstate pokr\u00fdvaj\u00fa k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 komponenty a z\u00edskali sme autoriz\u00e1ciu pre 4 patenty na vyn\u00e1lezy, 41 patentov na \u00fa\u017eitkov\u00e9 vzory, 6 patentov na dizajn a 7 autorsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1v na softv\u00e9r.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\"
