S\u00fa \u0161iroko pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 v r\u00f4znych odvetviach vr\u00e1tane priemyslu vodotesn\u00fdch cievok. Napriek po\u010detn\u00fdm v\u00fdhod\u00e1m RTO sa v\u0161ak pri implement\u00e1cii a prev\u00e1dzke t\u00fdchto syst\u00e9mov m\u00f4\u017eu vyskytn\u00fa\u0165 neo\u010dak\u00e1van\u00e9 probl\u00e9my. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku sa budeme venova\u0165 \u00f4smim be\u017en\u00fdm neo\u010dak\u00e1van\u00fdm probl\u00e9mom s kontrolou VOC pomocou RTO a ich rie\u0161eniu.<\/p>\n<h2>1. \u00da\u010dinnos\u0165 syst\u00e9mu<\/h2>\n<p>Jedn\u00fdm z najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161\u00edch aspektov RTO je ich schopnos\u0165 efekt\u00edvne kontrolova\u0165 emisie prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC). \u00da\u010dinnos\u0165 syst\u00e9mu v\u0161ak m\u00f4\u017eu ovplyvni\u0165 ur\u010dit\u00e9 faktory. Pokles tlaku<\/h2>\n<p>Syst\u00e9my RTO zah\u0155\u0148aj\u00fa pohyb plynov syst\u00e9mom a tento pohyb vedie k poklesu tlaku. Ak je pokles tlaku pr\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00fd, m\u00f4\u017ee to negat\u00edvne ovplyvni\u0165 \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 syst\u00e9mu. Rekuper\u00e1cia tepla<\/h2>\n<p>Zariadenia RTO funguj\u00fa na princ\u00edpe sp\u00e4tn\u00e9ho z\u00edskavania a op\u00e4tovn\u00e9ho vyu\u017eitia tepla generovan\u00e9ho oxida\u010dn\u00fdm procesom. Ak v\u0161ak syst\u00e9m nerekuperuje teplo efekt\u00edvne, m\u00f4\u017ee to vies\u0165 k vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fdm n\u00e1kladom. Pravideln\u00e1 kontrola a \u00fadr\u017eba syst\u00e9mu sp\u00e4tn\u00e9ho z\u00edskavania tepla je k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e1 pre zabezpe\u010denie optim\u00e1lneho sp\u00e4tn\u00e9ho z\u00edskavania tepla.<\/p>\n<h2>4. \u00da\u010dinnos\u0165 de\u0161trukcie prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC)<\/h2>\n<p>Jedn\u00fdm z hlavn\u00fdch cie\u013eov RTO je efekt\u00edvne ni\u010di\u0165 prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010denia (VOC). \u00da\u010dinnos\u0165 ni\u010denia VOC syst\u00e9mom v\u0161ak m\u00f4\u017eu ovplyvni\u0165 ur\u010dit\u00e9 faktory. S\u00falad s predpismi<\/h2>\n<p>Syst\u00e9my RTO podliehaj\u00fa r\u00f4znym predpisom vr\u00e1tane emisn\u00fdch noriem a bezpe\u010dnostn\u00fdch predpisov. Pravideln\u00e9 monitorovanie a kontrola m\u00f4\u017eu pom\u00f4c\u0165 odhali\u0165 a rie\u0161i\u0165 probl\u00e9my sk\u00f4r, ako sa stan\u00fa n\u00e1kladnej\u0161\u00edmi.<\/p>\n<div>\n<h2>O n\u00e1s<\/h2>\n<p>Sme high-tech podnik, ktor\u00fd sa zameriava na komplexn\u00e9 spracovanie odpadov\u00fdch plynov z prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) a redukciu uhl\u00edka a energeticky \u00fasporn\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie pre v\u00fdrobu \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fdch zariaden\u00ed. N\u00e1\u0161 hlavn\u00fd technick\u00fd t\u00edm, ktor\u00fd pozost\u00e1va z viac ako 60 technikov v\u00fdskumu a v\u00fdvoja, vr\u00e1tane 3 ved\u00facich in\u017einierov na \u00farovni v\u00fdskumn\u00edkov a 16 ved\u00facich in\u017einierov, poch\u00e1dza z V\u00fdskumn\u00e9ho \u00fastavu pre raketov\u00e9 motory na kvapaln\u00e9 paliv\u00e1 pre letectvo (Aerospace Sixth Institute). Na\u0161a spolo\u010dnos\u0165 m\u00e1 \u0161tyri z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie, vr\u00e1tane tepelnej energie, spa\u013eovania, tesnenia a automatick\u00e9ho riadenia, a m\u00e1 schopnos\u0165 simulova\u0165 teplotn\u00e9 polia a simula\u010dn\u00e9 modelovanie a v\u00fdpo\u010det po\u013ea pr\u00fadenia vzduchu. Okrem toho m\u00e1me schopnos\u0165 testova\u0165 v\u00fdkon keramick\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov na akumul\u00e1ciu tepla, v\u00fdber materi\u00e1lov na adsorpciu molekul\u00e1rnych s\u00edt a experiment\u00e1lne testovanie charakterist\u00edk vysokoteplotn\u00e9ho spa\u013eovania a oxid\u00e1cie organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tok VOC. Vybudovali sme centrum v\u00fdskumu a v\u00fdvoja technol\u00f3gi\u00ed RTO a centrum technol\u00f3gi\u00ed na redukciu uhl\u00edka z v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov v starobylom meste Xi'an a 30 000 m\u00b2 rozsiahlu budovu.<sup>2<\/sup> v\u00fdrobn\u00fa z\u00e1klad\u0148u v Yanglingu.
