Regenerat\u00edvne term\u00e1lne oxid\u00e1tory (RTO) sa stali ob\u013e\u00faben\u00fdm rie\u0161en\u00edm na kontrolu emisi\u00ed prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) v priemyseln\u00fdch procesoch. Aby sa zabezpe\u010dila \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 kontrola VOC, spolo\u010dnosti musia dodr\u017eiava\u0165 osved\u010den\u00e9 postupy pri navrhovan\u00ed kontroly VOC v RTO. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku presk\u00famame osem osved\u010den\u00fdch postupov pri navrhovan\u00ed syst\u00e9mov RTO pre optim\u00e1lnu kontrolu VOC.<\/p>\n

Disponujeme \u0161tyrmi z\u00e1kladn\u00fdmi technol\u00f3giami: tepeln\u00e1 energia, spa\u013eovanie, tesnenie a automatick\u00e9 riadenie; m\u00e1me schopnos\u0165 simulova\u0165 teplotn\u00e9 polia a simula\u010dn\u00e9 modelovanie a v\u00fdpo\u010det po\u013ea pr\u00fadenia vzduchu; m\u00e1me schopnos\u0165 testova\u0165 v\u00fdkon keramick\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov na akumul\u00e1ciu tepla, v\u00fdber materi\u00e1lov na adsorpciu molekul\u00e1rnych s\u00edt a experiment\u00e1lne testovanie charakterist\u00edk vysokoteplotn\u00e9ho spa\u013eovania a oxid\u00e1cie organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tok VOC. Spolo\u010dnos\u0165 vybudovala centrum v\u00fdskumu a v\u00fdvoja technol\u00f3gi\u00ed RTO a centrum technol\u00f3gi\u00ed na redukciu uhl\u00edka z v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov v starobylom meste Xi'an a 30 000 m\u00b2 rozsiahlu v\u00fdskumn\u00fa a v\u00fdvojov\u00fa halu.2<\/sup> v\u00fdrobn\u00fa z\u00e1klad\u0148u v Yanglingu. N\u00e1\u0161 objem v\u00fdroby a predaja zariaden\u00ed RTO je \u010faleko pred svetom.<\/p>\n M\u00e1me nieko\u013eko patentov a vyznamenan\u00ed za na\u0161e k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie. Podali sme celkovo 68 patentov, vr\u00e1tane 21 patentov na vyn\u00e1lezy, ktor\u00e9 pokr\u00fdvaj\u00fa k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 komponenty na\u0161ich produktov.
