S v\u00fdvojom odvetvia v\u0161ak star\u0161ie RTO nemusia sp\u013a\u0148a\u0165 s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00e9 environment\u00e1lne predpisy a po\u017eiadavky. V tak\u00fdchto pr\u00edpadoch by dodato\u010dn\u00e9 vybavenie existuj\u00facich RTO nov\u00fdmi mo\u017enos\u0165ami regul\u00e1cie VOC mohlo by\u0165 n\u00e1kladovo efekt\u00edvnym rie\u0161en\u00edm. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku presk\u00famame r\u00f4zne dostupn\u00e9 mo\u017enosti dodato\u010dn\u00e9ho vybavenia RTO na regul\u00e1ciu VOC.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Vysoko\u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 v\u00fdmenn\u00edky tepla<\/h2>\n<p>Jednou z najob\u013e\u00fabenej\u0161\u00edch mo\u017enost\u00ed dodato\u010dnej mont\u00e1\u017ee RTO je in\u0161tal\u00e1cia vysoko\u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdch v\u00fdmenn\u00edkov tepla. Tieto v\u00fdmenn\u00edky tepla dok\u00e1\u017eu sp\u00e4tne z\u00edska\u0165 zna\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estvo tepla z v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov RTO a prenies\u0165 ho do priv\u00e1dzan\u00e9ho procesn\u00e9ho vzduchu. V\u00fdsledkom je zn\u00ed\u017eenie mno\u017estva paliva potrebn\u00e9ho na udr\u017eanie teploty RTO, \u010do vedie k \u00faspor\u00e1m energie a ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fdm n\u00e1kladom.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Sekund\u00e1rny syst\u00e9m rekuper\u00e1cie tepla<\/h2>\n<p>K existuj\u00facej RTO je mo\u017en\u00e9 prida\u0165 sekund\u00e1rny syst\u00e9m rekuper\u00e1cie tepla, aby sa \u010falej zlep\u0161ila jej energetick\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165. Tento syst\u00e9m zah\u0155\u0148a in\u0161tal\u00e1ciu v\u00fdmenn\u00edka tepla na v\u00fdfukovom kom\u00edne RTO na rekuper\u00e1ciu dodato\u010dn\u00e9ho tepla, ktor\u00e9 by sa inak stratilo. Rekuperovan\u00e9 teplo sa potom m\u00f4\u017ee pou\u017ei\u0165 na predhriatie priv\u00e1dzan\u00e9ho procesn\u00e9ho vzduchu alebo na zabezpe\u010denie tepla pre in\u00e9 \u010dasti z\u00e1vodu.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Vylep\u0161en\u00e9 riadiace syst\u00e9my<\/h2>\n<p>Moderniz\u00e1cia riadiaceho syst\u00e9mu RTO m\u00f4\u017ee tie\u017e pom\u00f4c\u0165 zlep\u0161i\u0165 jeho celkov\u00fd v\u00fdkon a \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165. Pokro\u010dil\u00e9 riadiace syst\u00e9my dok\u00e1\u017eu optimalizova\u0165 prev\u00e1dzku RTO \u00fapravou pomeru vzduchu a paliva, udr\u017eiavan\u00edm teploty a riaden\u00edm prietoku priv\u00e1dzan\u00e9ho procesn\u00e9ho vzduchu. Hor\u00e1ky s n\u00edzkymi emisiami NOx<\/h2>\n<p>V\u00fdmena existuj\u00facich hor\u00e1kov za hor\u00e1ky s n\u00edzkymi emisiami NOx m\u00f4\u017ee pom\u00f4c\u0165 zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 emisie oxidov dus\u00edka (NOx) z RTO. Tieto hor\u00e1ky s\u00fa navrhnut\u00e9 tak, aby fungovali pri ni\u017e\u0161ej teplote, \u010do zni\u017euje tvorbu NOx. Syst\u00e9m vstrekovania pr\u00edsad<\/h2>\n<p>Syst\u00e9my vstrekovania adit\u00edv sa m\u00f4\u017eu pou\u017ei\u0165 na zv\u00fd\u0161enie \u00fa\u010dinnosti de\u0161trukcie RTO zaveden\u00edm chemickej pr\u00edsady do pr\u00fadu procesn\u00e9ho vzduchu. Pr\u00edsada reaguje s prchav\u00fdmi organick\u00fdmi zl\u00fa\u010deninami (VOC) a zlep\u0161uje ich de\u0161trukciu v RTO.
