RTO (regenerat\u00edvne term\u00e1lne oxid\u00e1tory) je \u0161iroko pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e1 technol\u00f3gia na kontrolu emisi\u00ed VOC (prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn) z r\u00f4znych priemyseln\u00fdch odvetv\u00ed. T\u00e1to technol\u00f3gia sa stala \u010doraz popul\u00e1rnej\u0161ou s t\u00fdm, ako sa predpisy o kontrole zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia spr\u00edsnili. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku sa budeme venova\u0165 predpisom o kontrole VOC od RTO a tomu, ako ich implementuj\u00fa r\u00f4zne krajiny.<\/p>\n
VOC s\u00fa organick\u00e9 chemik\u00e1lie, ktor\u00e9 maj\u00fa pri izbovej teplote vysok\u00fd tlak p\u00e1r. Uvo\u013e\u0148uj\u00fa sa z r\u00f4znych zdrojov, ako s\u00fa priemyseln\u00e9 procesy, spa\u013eovanie paliva a pou\u017e\u00edvanie rozp\u00fa\u0161\u0165adiel. VOC s\u00fa \u0161kodliv\u00e9 pre \u013eudsk\u00e9 zdravie a \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie, preto\u017ee prispievaj\u00fa k tvorbe smogu a po\u0161kodzovaniu oz\u00f3novej vrstvy. Preto je nevyhnutn\u00e9 kontrolova\u0165 ich emisie.<\/p>\n
RTO je technol\u00f3gia regul\u00e1cie emisi\u00ed, ktor\u00e1 vyu\u017e\u00edva tepeln\u00fa oxid\u00e1ciu na premenu prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) na oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00fa paru. To sa dosahuje prechodom pr\u00fadu vzduchu s obsahom VOC cez vrstvu keramick\u00e9ho m\u00e9dia, ktor\u00e9 bolo predhriate na vysok\u00fa teplotu. Teplo generovan\u00e9 po\u010das oxida\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu sa potom rekuperuje a op\u00e4tovne vyu\u017e\u00edva na predhriatie prich\u00e1dzaj\u00faceho pr\u00fadu vzduchu s obsahom VOC. RTO m\u00e1 nieko\u013eko v\u00fdhod, ako je vysok\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 de\u0161trukcie, n\u00edzke prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady a n\u00edzke n\u00e1roky na \u00fadr\u017ebu. M\u00e1 v\u0161ak aj ur\u010dit\u00e9 nev\u00fdhody, ako s\u00fa vysok\u00e9 kapit\u00e1lov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady a n\u00edzka flexibilita.<\/p>\n
USA maj\u00fa nieko\u013eko predpisov, ktor\u00e9 vy\u017eaduj\u00fa, aby priemyseln\u00e9 odvetvia kontrolovali svoje emisie prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC). Z\u00e1kon o \u010distom ovzdu\u0161\u00ed (CAA) je feder\u00e1lny z\u00e1kon, ktor\u00fd reguluje zne\u010distenie ovzdu\u0161ia zo stacion\u00e1rnych a mobiln\u00fdch zdrojov. Vy\u017eaduje, aby priemyseln\u00e9 odvetvia z\u00edskali povolenia na svoje emisie a splnili ur\u010dit\u00e9 emisn\u00e9 limity. N\u00e1rodn\u00e9 emisn\u00e9 normy pre nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00face ovzdu\u0161ie (NESHAP) s\u00fa \u010fal\u0161\u00edm s\u00faborom predpisov, ktor\u00e9 sa vz\u0165ahuj\u00fa na konkr\u00e9tne priemyseln\u00e9 odvetvia, ktor\u00e9 vyp\u00fa\u0161\u0165aj\u00fa nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00face ovzdu\u0161ie. Normy pre v\u00fdkonnos\u0165 nov\u00fdch zdrojov (NSPS) s\u00fa s\u00faborom predpisov, ktor\u00e9 sa vz\u0165ahuj\u00fa na nov\u00e9 zdroje emisi\u00ed.<\/p>\n
Eur\u00f3pa m\u00e1 tie\u017e nieko\u013eko nariaden\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 vy\u017eaduj\u00fa, aby priemyseln\u00e9 odvetvia kontrolovali svoje emisie prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC). Smernica o priemyseln\u00fdch emisi\u00e1ch (IED) je smernica, ktor\u00e1 reguluje emisie z priemyseln\u00fdch zariaden\u00ed. Vy\u017eaduje, aby priemyseln\u00e9 odvetvia pou\u017e\u00edvali najlep\u0161ie dostupn\u00e9 techniky (BAT) na kontrolu svojich emisi\u00ed. Smernica o emisi\u00e1ch rozp\u00fa\u0161\u0165adiel (SED) je \u010fal\u0161ia smernica, ktor\u00e1 sa vz\u0165ahuje na priemyseln\u00e9 odvetvia, ktor\u00e9 vo svojich procesoch pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa rozp\u00fa\u0161\u0165adl\u00e1. Referen\u010dn\u00e9 dokumenty o najlep\u0161\u00edch dostupn\u00fdch technik\u00e1ch (BREF) poskytuj\u00fa usmernenia, ako implementova\u0165 BAT.<\/p>\n
\u00c1zia m\u00e1 tie\u017e nieko\u013eko predpisov, ktor\u00e9 vy\u017eaduj\u00fa, aby priemyseln\u00e9 odvetvia kontrolovali svoje emisie prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC). N\u00e1rodn\u00fd z\u00e1kon o ochrane \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia (NEP) v \u010c\u00edne stanovuje limity pre emisie VOC z r\u00f4znych priemyseln\u00fdch odvetv\u00ed. Z\u00e1kon o kontrole zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia (APCA) v Ju\u017enej K\u00f3rei vy\u017eaduje, aby priemyseln\u00e9 odvetvia z\u00edskali povolenia na svoje emisie a splnili ur\u010dit\u00e9 emisn\u00e9 limity.<\/p>\n
Z\u00e1verom mo\u017eno poveda\u0165, \u017ee RTO je \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 technol\u00f3gia na kontrolu emisi\u00ed VOC z r\u00f4znych priemyseln\u00fdch odvetv\u00ed. Stala sa \u010doraz popul\u00e1rnej\u0161ou s t\u00fdm, ako sa predpisy o kontrole zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia spr\u00edsnili. R\u00f4zne krajiny maj\u00fa r\u00f4zne predpisy o kontrole VOC z RTO, ale v\u0161etky sa zameriavaj\u00fa na ochranu \u013eudsk\u00e9ho zdravia a \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia. Preto by priemyseln\u00e9 odvetvia mali tieto predpisy dodr\u017eiava\u0165, aby minimalizovali svoju environment\u00e1lnu stopu.<\/p>\n

Na\u0161e schopnosti zah\u0155\u0148aj\u00fa simul\u00e1ciu teplotn\u00fdch pol\u00ed a simula\u010dn\u00e9 modelovanie a v\u00fdpo\u010det pr\u00fadenia vzduchu, testovanie v\u00fdkonu keramick\u00fdch tepeln\u00fdch akumula\u010dn\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov, v\u00fdber adsorp\u010dn\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov s molekul\u00e1rnym sitom a vykon\u00e1vanie experiment\u00e1lneho testovania vysokoteplotn\u00fdch spa\u013eovac\u00edch a oxida\u010dn\u00fdch charakterist\u00edk organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tok VOC. Vybudovali sme v\u00fdskumn\u00e9 a v\u00fdvojov\u00e9 centrum pre technol\u00f3gie RTO a technologick\u00e9 centrum pre redukciu uhl\u00edka vo v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynoch v starobylom meste Xi'an a v\u00fdrobn\u00fa z\u00e1klad\u0148u s rozlohou 30 000 m2 v Yanglingu. Objem v\u00fdroby a predaja zariaden\u00ed RTO je \u010faleko za svetom.<\/p>\n

Pokia\u013e ide o k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie, po\u017eiadali sme o celkovo 68 patentov vr\u00e1tane 21 patentov na vyn\u00e1lezy. Tieto patenty pokr\u00fdvaj\u00fa k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 komponenty na\u0161ich technol\u00f3gi\u00ed. V s\u00fa\u010dasnosti n\u00e1m boli udelen\u00e9 4 patenty na vyn\u00e1lezy, 41 patentov na \u00fa\u017eitkov\u00e9 vzory, 6 patentov na dizajn a 7 autorsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1v na softv\u00e9r.<\/p>\n
