Tieto zl\u00fa\u010deniny je potrebn\u00e9 pred uvo\u013enen\u00edm do atmosf\u00e9ry upravi\u0165. Jedn\u00fdm z naj\u00fa\u010dinnej\u0161\u00edch sp\u00f4sobov \u00fapravy VOC je pou\u017eitie regenerat\u00edvnych termick\u00fdch oxid\u00e1torov (RTO). RTO s\u00fa zariadenia ur\u010den\u00e9 na ni\u010denie VOC spa\u013eovan\u00edm a v priebehu rokov sa osved\u010dili ako \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 a spo\u013eahliv\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Ako funguj\u00fa RTO<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>RTO pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa vrstvu keramick\u00e9ho m\u00e9dia na zachyt\u00e1vanie a ukladanie tepla zo spa\u013eovacieho procesu.<\/li>\n<li>Zne\u010disten\u00fd vzduch je potom priv\u00e1dzan\u00fd do spa\u013eovacej komory, kde sa akumulovan\u00fdm teplom zohreje na teplotu spa\u013eovania.<\/li>\n<li>Ke\u010f vzduch dosiahne po\u017eadovan\u00fa teplotu, uvo\u013en\u00ed sa do oxida\u010dnej komory, kde sa spa\u013euje pomocou katalyz\u00e1tora.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00fdsledn\u00fd hor\u00faci, \u010dist\u00fd plyn sa potom uvo\u013e\u0148uje do atmosf\u00e9ry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>RTO s\u00fa navrhnut\u00e9 tak, aby fungovali v nepretr\u017eitom cykle, striedavo medzi spa\u013eovacou a oxida\u010dnou komorou.<\/p>\n<h2>V\u00fdhody RTO<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>RTO maj\u00fa vysok\u00fa \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 ni\u010denia, \u010do znamen\u00e1, \u017ee dok\u00e1\u017eu \u00fa\u010dinne \u010disti\u0165 ve\u013ek\u00e9 objemy kontaminovan\u00e9ho vzduchu.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00fa tie\u017e ve\u013emi flexibiln\u00e9 a dok\u00e1\u017eu zvl\u00e1dnu\u0165 \u0161irok\u00fd rozsah koncentr\u00e1ci\u00ed VOC a prietokov.<\/li>\n<li>RTO s\u00fa energeticky \u00fasporn\u00e9, preto\u017ee vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa teplo generovan\u00e9 po\u010das procesu spa\u013eovania na predhriatie priv\u00e1dzan\u00e9ho kontaminovan\u00e9ho vzduchu.<\/li>\n<li>Z dlhodob\u00e9ho h\u013eadiska s\u00fa tie\u017e n\u00e1kladovo efekt\u00edvne, preto\u017ee vy\u017eaduj\u00fa minim\u00e1lnu \u00fadr\u017ebu a maj\u00fa dlh\u00fa \u017eivotnos\u0165.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Typy RTO<\/h2>\n<p>Existuj\u00fa dva typy RTO: jednove\u017eov\u00e9 a dvojve\u017eov\u00e9 RTO. Jednove\u017eov\u00e9 RTO maj\u00fa jednu spa\u013eovaciu komoru a jednu oxida\u010dn\u00fa komoru, zatia\u013e \u010do dvojve\u017eov\u00e9 RTO maj\u00fa dve z ka\u017edej. Dvojve\u017eov\u00e9 RTO s\u00fa \u00fa\u010dinnej\u0161ie, preto\u017ee dok\u00e1\u017eu rekuperova\u0165 viac tepla a pracuj\u00fa s vy\u0161\u0161ou \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165ou ni\u010denia.<\/p>\n<h2>Aplik\u00e1cie RTO<\/h2>\n<p>RTO sa be\u017ene pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa v r\u00f4znych odvetviach, ktor\u00e9 produkuj\u00fa prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010denia (VOC), vr\u00e1tane:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Farby a n\u00e1tery<\/li>\n<li>Tla\u010d a balenie<\/li>\n<li>Chemick\u00e9 spracovanie<\/li>\n<li>Jedlo a n\u00e1poje<\/li>\n<li>Lie\u010div\u00e1<\/li>\n<li>Automobilov\u00e1 v\u00fdroba<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\u00dadr\u017eba RTO<\/h2>\n<p>Hoci RTO vy\u017eaduj\u00fa minim\u00e1lnu \u00fadr\u017ebu, pravideln\u00e9 kontroly a \u010distenie s\u00fa nevyhnutn\u00e9 na zabezpe\u010denie optim\u00e1lneho v\u00fdkonu a predch\u00e1dzanie poruch\u00e1m.
