Regenerat\u00edvne termick\u00e9 oxid\u00e1tory (RTO) sa v priemyselnom sektore \u0161iroko pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa na kontrolu emisi\u00ed prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC). Syst\u00e9my regul\u00e1cie VOC RTO sa stali ob\u013e\u00fabenou vo\u013ebou v mnoh\u00fdch odvetviach v\u010faka svojej vysokej \u00fa\u010dinnosti a n\u00e1kladovej efekt\u00edvnosti. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku sa podrobne pozrieme na r\u00f4zne aspekty syst\u00e9mov regul\u00e1cie VOC RTO.<\/p>\n
Syst\u00e9my regul\u00e1cie VOC od RTO s\u00fa \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdm a efekt\u00edvnym sp\u00f4sobom regul\u00e1cie emisi\u00ed prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn v priemyselnom sektore. Pon\u00fakaj\u00fa \u0161irok\u00fa \u0161k\u00e1lu v\u00fdhod vr\u00e1tane vysokej \u00fa\u010dinnosti, n\u00e1kladovej efekt\u00edvnosti a \u0161etrnosti k \u017eivotn\u00e9mu prostrediu. Pri v\u00fdbere syst\u00e9mu regul\u00e1cie VOC od RTO by sa mali zv\u00e1\u017ei\u0165 r\u00f4zne faktory vr\u00e1tane typu a koncentr\u00e1cie VOC, ve\u013ekosti syst\u00e9mu a n\u00e1kladov. Na zabezpe\u010denie efekt\u00edvnej prev\u00e1dzky syst\u00e9mu s\u00fa potrebn\u00e9 pravideln\u00e9 kontroly a \u00fadr\u017eba.<\/p>\n
Sme inovat\u00edvny technologick\u00fd podnik \u0161pecializuj\u00faci sa na komplexn\u00e9 spracovanie odpadov\u00fdch plynov z prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) a redukciu uhl\u00edka a energeticky \u00fasporn\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie pre v\u00fdrobu \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fdch zariaden\u00ed. N\u00e1\u0161 hlavn\u00fd technick\u00fd t\u00edm poch\u00e1dza z V\u00fdskumn\u00e9ho \u00fastavu pre raketov\u00e9 motory na kvapaln\u00e9 paliv\u00e1 pre letectvo (Aerospace Sixth Institute) s viac ako 60 technikmi v\u00fdskumu a v\u00fdvoja, vr\u00e1tane 3 ved\u00facich in\u017einierov na \u00farovni v\u00fdskumn\u00edkov a 16 ved\u00facich in\u017einierov. Na\u0161a spolo\u010dnos\u0165 m\u00e1 \u0161tyri hlavn\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie: tepeln\u00e1 energia, spa\u013eovanie, tesnenie a automatick\u00e9 riadenie. Sme schopn\u00ed simulova\u0165 teplotn\u00e9 polia a simula\u010dn\u00e9 modelovanie a v\u00fdpo\u010dty po\u013ea pr\u00fadenia vzduchu. Okrem toho m\u00e1me schopnos\u0165 testova\u0165 v\u00fdkon keramick\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov na akumul\u00e1ciu tepla, v\u00fdber materi\u00e1lov na adsorpciu molekul\u00e1rnych s\u00edt a experiment\u00e1lne testovanie charakterist\u00edk vysokoteplotn\u00e9ho spa\u013eovania a oxid\u00e1cie organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tok VOC. Na\u0161a spolo\u010dnos\u0165 vybudovala v\u00fdskumn\u00e9 a v\u00fdvojov\u00e9 centrum pre technol\u00f3gie RTO a technologick\u00e9 centrum pre redukciu uhl\u00edka z v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov v starobylom meste Xi'an a v\u00fdrobn\u00fa z\u00e1klad\u0148u s rozlohou 30 000 m\u00b2 v Yanglingu. Objem v\u00fdroby a predaja zariaden\u00ed RTO je \u010faleko za svetom.<\/p>\n

Na\u0161a spolo\u010dnos\u0165 po\u017eiadala o 68 patentov v r\u00f4znych k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdch technol\u00f3gi\u00e1ch vr\u00e1tane 21 patentov na vyn\u00e1lezy, pri\u010dom patentovan\u00e1 technol\u00f3gia pokr\u00fdva k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 komponenty. U\u017e n\u00e1m boli udelen\u00e9 4 patenty na vyn\u00e1lezy, 41 patentov na \u00fa\u017eitkov\u00e9 vzory, 6 patentov na vzh\u013ead a 7 autorsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1v na softv\u00e9r.<\/p>\n
