Ak\u00e9 s\u00fa po\u017eiadavky na \u00fadr\u017ebu syst\u00e9mov regul\u00e1cie VOC od spolo\u010dnosti RTO?<\/h1>\n

Regenerat\u00edvne term\u00e1lne oxid\u00e1tory (RTO) sa \u0161iroko pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa v r\u00f4znych odvetviach na kontrolu emisi\u00ed prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC). RTO funguj\u00fa tak, \u017ee oxiduj\u00fa VOC pri vysok\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch, \u010d\u00edm ich redukuj\u00fa na oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00fa paru.<\/p>\n

Av\u0161ak na udr\u017eanie \u00fa\u010dinnosti RTO a zabezpe\u010denie ich dlhej \u017eivotnosti je nevyhnutn\u00e1 spr\u00e1vna \u00fadr\u017eba. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku sa budeme venova\u0165 z\u00e1kladn\u00fdm po\u017eiadavk\u00e1m na \u00fadr\u017ebu syst\u00e9mov regul\u00e1cie VOC RTO.<\/p>\n

Pravideln\u00e1 kontrola<\/h2>\n

Pravideln\u00e1 kontrola je k\u013e\u00fa\u010dovou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou \u00fadr\u017eby RTO, ktor\u00e1 zabezpe\u010duje spr\u00e1vne fungovanie v\u0161etk\u00fdch komponentov syst\u00e9mu. Kontrola by mala zah\u0155\u0148a\u0165 kontrolu ventilov, klapiek, ventil\u00e1torov a \u010fal\u0161\u00edch komponentov, \u010di nie s\u00fa opotrebovan\u00e9.<\/p>\n

V\u00fdmenn\u00edky tepla v tepeln\u00fdch \u010derpadl\u00e1ch (RTO) s\u00fa n\u00e1chyln\u00e9 na zne\u010distenie v d\u00f4sledku hromadenia prachu a in\u00fdch pevn\u00fdch \u010dast\u00edc. Toto zne\u010distenie zni\u017euje \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 v\u00fdmenn\u00edkov tepla, \u010do ovplyv\u0148uje celkov\u00fd v\u00fdkon RTO.<\/p>\n

Preto je \u010distenie v\u00fdmenn\u00edkov tepla z\u00e1kladnou po\u017eiadavkou na \u00fadr\u017ebu RTO. Frekvencia \u010distenia z\u00e1vis\u00ed od prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fdch podmienok a typu \u010disten\u00fdch zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok. Kalibr\u00e1cia pr\u00edstrojov<\/h2>\n

RTO pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa r\u00f4zne pr\u00edstroje na monitorovanie prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fdch podmienok a zabezpe\u010denie ich spr\u00e1vnej prev\u00e1dzky. Medzi tieto pr\u00edstroje patria teplotn\u00e9 senzory, tlakov\u00e9 senzory a prietokomery.<\/p>\n

Pravideln\u00e1 kalibr\u00e1cia t\u00fdchto pr\u00edstrojov je nevyhnutn\u00e1 na zabezpe\u010denie ich presnosti. Kalibr\u00e1cia by sa mala vykon\u00e1va\u0165 aspo\u0148 raz ro\u010dne, aby sa zabezpe\u010dilo, \u017ee RTO funguje pod\u013ea kon\u0161truk\u010dn\u00fdch \u0161pecifik\u00e1ci\u00ed.<\/p>\n

V\u00fdmena tesnen\u00ed a tesniacich kr\u00fa\u017ekov<\/h2>\n

Tesnenia a tesnenia v RTO s\u00fa zodpovedn\u00e9 za zabr\u00e1nenie \u00faniku vzduchu a prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn. Spr\u00e1vne za\u0161kolenie oper\u00e1torov je k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 pre zabezpe\u010denie spr\u00e1vnej a efekt\u00edvnej prev\u00e1dzky RTO. Oper\u00e1tori by mali by\u0165 za\u0161kolen\u00ed v prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fdch postupoch, bezpe\u010dnostn\u00fdch protokoloch a n\u00fadzov\u00fdch postupoch.<\/p>\n

Spr\u00e1vne vedenie z\u00e1znamov pom\u00e1ha identifikova\u0165 ak\u00e9ko\u013evek trendy alebo vzorce, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu vies\u0165 k potenci\u00e1lnym poruch\u00e1m, a umo\u017e\u0148uje v\u010dasn\u00fa prevent\u00edvnu \u00fadr\u017ebu.<\/p>\n

Pravideln\u00e1 kontrola, \u010distenie v\u00fdmenn\u00edkov tepla, v\u00fdmena m\u00e9di\u00ed, kalibr\u00e1cia pr\u00edstrojov, v\u00fdmena tesnen\u00ed a tesniacich kr\u00fa\u017ekov, riadne za\u0161kolenie obsluhy a vedenie z\u00e1znamov s\u00fa z\u00e1kladn\u00fdmi po\u017eiadavkami na \u00fadr\u017ebu RTO.<\/p>\n

Sme \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00e1 technologick\u00e1 spolo\u010dnos\u0165, ktor\u00e1 sa \u0161pecializuje na komplexn\u00e9 spracovanie odpadov\u00fdch plynov z prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) a redukciu uhl\u00edka a technol\u00f3giu \u00faspory energie pre v\u00fdrobu \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fdch zariaden\u00ed. Disponujeme \u0161tyrmi z\u00e1kladn\u00fdmi technol\u00f3giami: tepeln\u00e1 energia, spa\u013eovanie, tesnenie a automatick\u00e9 riadenie. Okrem toho m\u00e1me schopnos\u0165 simulova\u0165 teplotn\u00e9 polia a simula\u010dn\u00e9 modelovanie a v\u00fdpo\u010dty po\u013ea pr\u00fadenia vzduchu, testova\u0165 v\u00fdkonnos\u0165 keramick\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov na akumul\u00e1ciu tepla, vybera\u0165 materi\u00e1ly na adsorpciu molekul\u00e1rnych s\u00edt a experiment\u00e1lne testova\u0165 charakteristiky spa\u013eovania a oxid\u00e1cie organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tok VOC pri vysok\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch. V s\u00fa\u010dasnosti sme vybudovali centrum v\u00fdskumu a v\u00fdvoja technol\u00f3gi\u00ed RTO a centrum technol\u00f3gi\u00ed na redukciu uhl\u00edka z v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov v starobylom meste Xi'an a 30 000 m\u00b2 rozsiahlu budovu.2<\/sup> v\u00fdrobn\u00e1 z\u00e1klad\u0148a v Yanglingu. Objem v\u00fdroby a predaja zariaden\u00ed RTO je na svete \u010faleko popredu.<\/p>\n
