Regenerat\u00edvne term\u00e1lne oxid\u00e1tory (RTO) sa \u0161iroko pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa v r\u00f4znych odvetviach na kontrolu emisi\u00ed prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC). RTO funguj\u00fa tak, \u017ee oxiduj\u00fa VOC pri vysok\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch, \u010d\u00edm ich redukuj\u00fa na oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00fa paru.<\/p>\n
Av\u0161ak na udr\u017eanie \u00fa\u010dinnosti RTO a zabezpe\u010denie ich dlhej \u017eivotnosti je nevyhnutn\u00e1 spr\u00e1vna \u00fadr\u017eba. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku sa budeme venova\u0165 z\u00e1kladn\u00fdm po\u017eiadavk\u00e1m na \u00fadr\u017ebu syst\u00e9mov regul\u00e1cie VOC RTO.<\/p>\n
Pravideln\u00e1 kontrola je k\u013e\u00fa\u010dovou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou \u00fadr\u017eby RTO, ktor\u00e1 zabezpe\u010duje spr\u00e1vne fungovanie v\u0161etk\u00fdch komponentov syst\u00e9mu. Kontrola by mala zah\u0155\u0148a\u0165 kontrolu ventilov, klapiek, ventil\u00e1torov a \u010fal\u0161\u00edch komponentov, \u010di nie s\u00fa opotrebovan\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Toto zne\u010distenie zni\u017euje \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 v\u00fdmenn\u00edkov tepla, \u010do ovplyv\u0148uje celkov\u00fd v\u00fdkon RTO.<\/p>\n
Preto je \u010distenie v\u00fdmenn\u00edkov tepla z\u00e1kladnou po\u017eiadavkou na \u00fadr\u017ebu RTO. Frekvencia \u010distenia z\u00e1vis\u00ed od prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fdch podmienok a typu \u010disten\u00fdch zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok. V\u0161eobecn\u00fdm pravidlom je v\u0161ak \u010disti\u0165 v\u00fdmenn\u00edky tepla aspo\u0148 raz ro\u010dne.<\/p>\n

Preto by sa m\u00e9diov\u00e9 vrstvy mali pravidelne kontrolova\u0165 a v pr\u00edpade potreby vymie\u0148a\u0165. Frekvencia v\u00fdmeny z\u00e1vis\u00ed od prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fdch podmienok a typu \u010disten\u00fdch zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok.<\/p>\n
RTO pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa r\u00f4zne pr\u00edstroje na monitorovanie prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fdch podmienok a zabezpe\u010denie ich spr\u00e1vnej prev\u00e1dzky. Medzi tieto pr\u00edstroje patria teplotn\u00e9 senzory, tlakov\u00e9 senzory a prietokomery.<\/p>\n
Pravideln\u00e1 kalibr\u00e1cia t\u00fdchto pr\u00edstrojov je nevyhnutn\u00e1 na zabezpe\u010denie ich presnosti. Kalibr\u00e1cia by sa mala vykon\u00e1va\u0165 aspo\u0148 raz ro\u010dne, aby sa zabezpe\u010dilo, \u017ee RTO funguje pod\u013ea kon\u0161truk\u010dn\u00fdch \u0161pecifik\u00e1ci\u00ed.<\/p>\n
Tesnenia a tesnenia v RTO s\u00fa zodpovedn\u00e9 za zabr\u00e1nenie \u00faniku vzduchu a prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn. Oper\u00e1tori by mali by\u0165 za\u0161kolen\u00ed v prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fdch postupoch, bezpe\u010dnostn\u00fdch protokoloch a n\u00fadzov\u00fdch postupoch.<\/p>\n
\u0160kolenie by malo zah\u0155\u0148a\u0165 aj spr\u00e1vnu manipul\u00e1ciu a likvid\u00e1ciu nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9ho odpadu vznikaj\u00faceho po\u010das \u00fadr\u017eby RTO.<\/p>\n

Objem v\u00fdroby a predaja zariaden\u00ed RTO je na svete \u010faleko popredu.<\/p>\n Na na\u0161e k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie sme po\u017eiadali o celkovo 68 patentov vr\u00e1tane 21 patentov na vyn\u00e1lezy a na\u0161e patentovan\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie pokr\u00fdvaj\u00fa k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 komponenty na\u0161ich produktov.
