S\u00fa navrhnut\u00e9 tak, aby ni\u010dili \u0161kodliv\u00e9 prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010deniny (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00face ovzdu\u0161ie (HAP), ktor\u00e9 vznikaj\u00fa po\u010das procesu nan\u00e1\u0161ania n\u00e1terov. Implement\u00e1cia RTO sa stala \u010doraz popul\u00e1rnej\u0161ou v\u010faka ich vysokej \u00fa\u010dinnosti, n\u00edzkym prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fdm n\u00e1kladom a s\u00faladu s environment\u00e1lnymi predpismi. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku sa budeme venova\u0165 nieko\u013ek\u00fdm pr\u00edpadov\u00fdm \u0161t\u00fadi\u00e1m \u00faspe\u0161n\u00fdch implement\u00e1ci\u00ed RTO v priemysle n\u00e1terov.<\/p>\n<h2>Pr\u00edpadov\u00e1 \u0161t\u00fadia 1: V\u00fdrobca n\u00e1terov A<\/h2>\n<p>V\u00fdrobca n\u00e1terov A \u010delil po\u010detn\u00fdm probl\u00e9mom s\u00favisiacim s kontrolou zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia. Zariadenie vyp\u00fa\u0161\u0165alo vysok\u00e9 hladiny prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdch l\u00e1tok (HAP), ktor\u00e9 neboli v s\u00falade s miestnymi predpismi. Spolo\u010dnos\u0165 sa rozhodla nain\u0161talova\u0165 syst\u00e9m RTO na zn\u00ed\u017eenie emisi\u00ed a zv\u00fd\u0161enie \u00fa\u010dinnosti. Syst\u00e9m RTO bol navrhnut\u00fd tak, aby zvl\u00e1dol maxim\u00e1lny prietok vzduchu 50 000 kubick\u00fdch st\u00f4p za min\u00fatu (CFM) a mal \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 ni\u010denia 981 TP3T.<\/p>\n<p>Syst\u00e9m RTO bol vybaven\u00fd v\u00fdmenn\u00edkom tepla, ktor\u00fd predhrieval pr\u00fad priv\u00e1dzan\u00e9ho vzduchu pred jeho vstupom do spa\u013eovacej komory. Spa\u013eovacia komora bola navrhnut\u00e1 tak, aby pracovala pri teplote 1 500 \u00b0F, \u010do zabezpe\u010dilo \u00fapln\u00fa de\u0161trukciu prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch atmosf\u00e9rick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (HAP). Vy\u010disten\u00fd vzduch sa potom vyp\u00fa\u0161\u0165al do atmosf\u00e9ry.<\/p>\n<p>Po in\u0161tal\u00e1cii syst\u00e9mu RTO zaznamenal v\u00fdrobca n\u00e1terov A v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 zn\u00ed\u017eenie emisi\u00ed. Zariadenie teraz sp\u013a\u0148alo miestne predpisy a spolo\u010dnos\u0165 u\u0161etrila zna\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estvo pe\u0148az\u00ed na n\u00e1kladoch na energiu. Syst\u00e9m RTO mal tie\u017e n\u00edzke n\u00e1klady na \u00fadr\u017ebu, \u010do \u010falej zn\u00ed\u017eilo prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady.<\/p>\n<h2>Pr\u00edpadov\u00e1 \u0161t\u00fadia 2: V\u00fdrobca n\u00e1terov B<\/h2>\n<p>V\u00fdrobca n\u00e1terov B \u010delil podobn\u00fdm probl\u00e9mom s\u00favisiacim s kontrolou zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia. Spolo\u010dnos\u0165 mala vysok\u00fd objem emisi\u00ed prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC), ktor\u00e9 ovplyv\u0148ovali miestne \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie. Spolo\u010dnos\u0165 sa rozhodla nain\u0161talova\u0165 syst\u00e9m RTO na zn\u00ed\u017eenie emisi\u00ed a zlep\u0161enie \u00fa\u010dinnosti procesu nan\u00e1\u0161ania n\u00e1terov.<\/p>\n<p>Syst\u00e9m RTO bol navrhnut\u00fd tak, aby zvl\u00e1dol maxim\u00e1lny prietok vzduchu 75 000 CFM a mal \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 ni\u010denia 99%. Syst\u00e9m mal dve spa\u013eovacie komory, ktor\u00e9 sa striedali ka\u017ed\u00fdch 30 min\u00fat, aby sa zabezpe\u010dila nepretr\u017eit\u00e1 prev\u00e1dzka. Syst\u00e9m RTO bol tie\u017e vybaven\u00fd syst\u00e9mom rekuper\u00e1cie tepla, ktor\u00fd predhrieval priv\u00e1dzan\u00fd pr\u00fad vzduchu pred jeho vstupom do spa\u013eovacej komory.<\/p>\n<p>Implement\u00e1cia syst\u00e9mu RTO viedla k v\u00fdrazn\u00e9mu zlep\u0161eniu kvality ovzdu\u0161ia a dodr\u017eiavaniu environment\u00e1lnych predpisov. Spolo\u010dnos\u0165 sa rozhodla nain\u0161talova\u0165 syst\u00e9m RTO na zn\u00ed\u017eenie emisi\u00ed a dodr\u017eiavanie predpisov.<\/p>\n<p>Syst\u00e9m RTO bol navrhnut\u00fd tak, aby zvl\u00e1dol maxim\u00e1lny prietok vzduchu 100 000 CFM a mal \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 ni\u010denia 99,51 TP3T. Syst\u00e9m mal tri spa\u013eovacie komory, ktor\u00e9 sa striedali ka\u017ed\u00fdch 20 min\u00fat, aby sa zabezpe\u010dila nepretr\u017eit\u00e1 prev\u00e1dzka.
