Obsluha RTO si v\u0161ak vy\u017eaduje \u0161pecializovan\u00e9 znalosti a zru\u010dnosti. Preto je nevyhnutn\u00e9 spr\u00e1vne za\u0161koli\u0165 oper\u00e1torov, aby sa maximalizoval v\u00fdkon a \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 syst\u00e9mu RTO.
