Vzh\u013eadom na rast\u00face environment\u00e1lne obavy a pr\u00edsne predpisy je pre spolo\u010dnosti v priemysle n\u00e1terov nevyhnutn\u00e9 rozumie\u0165 a dodr\u017eiava\u0165 regula\u010dn\u00e9 po\u017eiadavky spojen\u00e9 s pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00edm RTO. Cie\u013eom tohto \u010dl\u00e1nku je poskytn\u00fa\u0165 h\u013abkov\u00fd prieskum regula\u010dn\u00e9ho r\u00e1mca upravuj\u00faceho RTO v priemysle n\u00e1terov.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Emisn\u00e9 normy pre prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010denia (VOC)<\/h2>\n<p>\u2013 Priemysel n\u00e1terov\u00fdch hm\u00f4t podlieha \u0161pecifick\u00fdm emisn\u00fdm norm\u00e1m stanoven\u00fdm environment\u00e1lnymi regula\u010dn\u00fdmi org\u00e1nmi.<br \/>\n\u2013 Na zabezpe\u010denie s\u00faladu s regula\u010dn\u00fdmi po\u017eiadavkami musia by\u0165 dodr\u017ean\u00e9 emisn\u00e9 limity VOC.<br \/>\n\u2013 Na overenie s\u00faladu s normami s\u00fa potrebn\u00e9 pravideln\u00e9 testy a monitorovanie emisi\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Povo\u013eovanie a pod\u00e1vanie spr\u00e1v<\/h2>\n<p>\u2013 Spolo\u010dnosti, ktor\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa RTO na kontrolu VOC, musia z\u00edska\u0165 potrebn\u00e9 povolenia od environment\u00e1lnych agent\u00far.<br \/>\n\u2013 Po\u017eiadavky na povolenie zvy\u010dajne zah\u0155\u0148aj\u00fa predlo\u017eenie podrobn\u00fdch inform\u00e1ci\u00ed o syst\u00e9me RTO, jeho prev\u00e1dzke a \u00fa\u010dinnosti kontroly.<br \/>\n\u2013 Na zachovanie s\u00faladu s predpismi je potrebn\u00e9 pravideln\u00e9 pod\u00e1vanie spr\u00e1v o v\u00fdkonnosti syst\u00e9mu a emisi\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Energetick\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 a rekuper\u00e1cia tepla<\/h2>\n<p>\u2013 Regula\u010dn\u00e9 po\u017eiadavky m\u00f4\u017eu zah\u0155\u0148a\u0165 usmernenia podporuj\u00face energetick\u00fa \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 a rekuper\u00e1ciu tepla v syst\u00e9moch RTO.<br \/>\n\u2013 Implement\u00e1cia techn\u00edk, ako s\u00fa v\u00fdmenn\u00edky tepla a syst\u00e9my riadenia energie, m\u00f4\u017ee pom\u00f4c\u0165 maximalizova\u0165 energetick\u00fa \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165.<br \/>\n\u2013 M\u00f4\u017ee sa vy\u017eadova\u0165 dokument\u00e1cia o opatreniach na \u00fasporu energie a ich vplyve na celkov\u00e9 zn\u00ed\u017eenie emisi\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>5.
