Uvo\u013e\u0148ovanie prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) do atmosf\u00e9ry m\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165 negat\u00edvny vplyv na \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie a verejn\u00e9 zdravie. Jedn\u00fdm z popul\u00e1rnych rie\u0161en\u00ed tohto probl\u00e9mu je pou\u017eitie regenerat\u00edvnych tepeln\u00fdch oxid\u00e1torov (RTO). RTO s\u00fa vysoko \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 pri zni\u017eovan\u00ed emisi\u00ed VOC, ale ak\u00e9 s\u00fa presne k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 komponenty syst\u00e9mu RTO v priemysle n\u00e1terov?<\/p>\n<h2>Z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 komponenty syst\u00e9mu RTO<\/h2>\n<p>Syst\u00e9m RTO sa sklad\u00e1 z nieko\u013ek\u00fdch k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdch komponentov, vr\u00e1tane:<\/p>\n<h3>V\u00fdmenn\u00edky tepla<\/h3>\n<p>V\u00fdmenn\u00edky tepla sa pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa na predohrev priv\u00e1dzan\u00e9ho zne\u010disten\u00e9ho vzduchu. Toto sp\u00e4tn\u00e9 z\u00edskavanie tepla je k\u013e\u00fa\u010dovou vlastnos\u0165ou syst\u00e9mov RTO, preto\u017ee zni\u017euje mno\u017estvo paliva potrebn\u00e9ho na udr\u017eanie po\u017eadovanej prev\u00e1dzkovej teploty.<\/p>\n<h3>Keramick\u00e9 m\u00e9diov\u00e9 l\u00f4\u017eka<\/h3>\n<p>Syst\u00e9my RTO tie\u017e pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa keramick\u00e9 m\u00e9di\u00e1 na pomoc s rekuper\u00e1ciou tepla. Keramick\u00e9 m\u00e9di\u00e1 s\u00fa umiestnen\u00e9 v jednotke RTO a s\u00fa ohrievan\u00e9 v\u00fdfukov\u00fdmi plynmi, ktor\u00e9 nimi prech\u00e1dzaj\u00fa. Priv\u00e1dzan\u00fd zne\u010disten\u00fd vzduch potom prech\u00e1dza cez vyhrievan\u00e9 keramick\u00e9 m\u00e9di\u00e1, kde sa ohrieva na po\u017eadovan\u00fa teplotu na spa\u013eovanie. Keramick\u00e9 m\u00e9di\u00e1 s\u00fa schopn\u00e9 akumulova\u0165 teplo po dlh\u00fa dobu, \u010do ich rob\u00ed ide\u00e1lnymi na pou\u017eitie v syst\u00e9moch RTO.<\/p>\n<h3>Spa\u013eovacia komora<\/h3>\n<p>Spa\u013eovacia komora je miestom, kde doch\u00e1dza k skuto\u010dn\u00e9mu spa\u013eovaniu prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC).
