V priemysle n\u00e1terov zohr\u00e1vaj\u00fa regenerat\u00edvne term\u00e1lne oxid\u00e1tory (RTO) k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fa \u00falohu pri kontrole zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia a zni\u017eovan\u00ed vplyvu priemyseln\u00fdch procesov na \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie. RTO sa \u0161iroko pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa v\u010faka svojej vysokej \u00fa\u010dinnosti pri de\u0161trukcii prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC), energetickom z\u00edskavan\u00ed a n\u00e1kladovej efekt\u00edvnosti. Tento \u010dl\u00e1nok presk\u00fama r\u00f4zne environment\u00e1lne vplyvy RTO v priemysle n\u00e1terov a rozoberie ich v\u00fdznam.<\/p>\n
\u2013 RTO s\u00fa navrhnut\u00e9 tak, aby \u00fa\u010dinne kontrolovali emisie prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC), \u010do s\u00fa \u0161kodliv\u00e9 l\u00e1tky zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00face ovzdu\u0161ie, ktor\u00e9 prispievaj\u00fa k tvorbe smogu a predstavuj\u00fa zdravotn\u00e9 rizik\u00e1.
\n\u2013 Vyu\u017eit\u00edm vysokoteplotn\u00e9ho spa\u013eovania a sp\u00e4tn\u00e9ho z\u00edskavania tepla RTO ni\u010dia prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010denia (VOC) a premie\u0148aj\u00fa ich na ne\u0161kodn\u00e9 ved\u013eaj\u0161ie produkty, ako je oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00e1 para.

\n\u2013 Zachyten\u00e9 teplo sa m\u00f4\u017ee vyu\u017ei\u0165 na predhriatie procesn\u00e9ho vzduchu alebo na in\u00e9 tepeln\u00e9 aplik\u00e1cie, \u010d\u00edm sa zni\u017euje potreba \u010fal\u0161\u00edch zdrojov energie.
\n\u2013 T\u00e1to energetick\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 vedie k zn\u00ed\u017eeniu uhl\u00edkovej stopy, preto\u017ee na dosiahnutie po\u017eadovan\u00fdch procesn\u00fdch tepl\u00f4t je potrebn\u00e1 ni\u017e\u0161ia spotreba fos\u00edlnych pal\u00edv, \u010d\u00edm sa zni\u017euj\u00fa emisie sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plynov.<\/p>\n
\u2013 Okrem prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) pom\u00e1haj\u00fa RTO aj pri kontrole zap\u00e1chaj\u00facich zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn uvo\u013e\u0148ovan\u00fdch po\u010das procesu nan\u00e1\u0161ania povrchovej \u00fapravy.
\n\u2013 Vysokoteplotn\u00e9 spa\u013eovanie v RTO neutralizuje tieto zap\u00e1chaj\u00face zl\u00fa\u010deniny a zabra\u0148uje ich uvo\u013e\u0148ovaniu do atmosf\u00e9ry.
\n\u2013 To zabezpe\u010duje pr\u00edjemnej\u0161ie pracovn\u00e9 prostredie pre zamestnancov a zni\u017euje potenci\u00e1lny vplyv na okolit\u00e9 komunity.<\/p>\n
