Dobre navrhnut\u00fd syst\u00e9m RTO m\u00f4\u017ee pom\u00f4c\u0165 v\u00fdrobcom n\u00e1terov splni\u0165 normy, zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady a zlep\u0161i\u0165 celkov\u00fa efektivitu.
