\u2013 Environment\u00e1lne predpisy s\u00fa pre odvetvie n\u00e1terov\u00fdch hm\u00f4t k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 na zabezpe\u010denie ochrany \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia a \u013eudsk\u00e9ho zdravia.
\n\u2013 Tieto predpisy upravuj\u00fa pou\u017e\u00edvanie regenerat\u00edvnych termick\u00fdch oxid\u00e1torov (RTO) v priemysle n\u00e1terov, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa nevyhnutn\u00e9 na kontrolu emisi\u00ed prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC).<\/p>\n
\u2013 RTO zohr\u00e1vaj\u00fa v\u00fdznamn\u00fa \u00falohu pri plnen\u00ed noriem kvality ovzdu\u0161ia stanoven\u00fdch regula\u010dn\u00fdmi org\u00e1nmi.
\n\u2013 Cie\u013eom t\u00fdchto noriem je obmedzi\u0165 uvo\u013e\u0148ovanie zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok do ovzdu\u0161ia a chr\u00e1ni\u0165 tak \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie, ako aj verejn\u00e9 zdravie.
\n\u2013 Zaveden\u00edm RTO m\u00f4\u017eu zariadenia v priemysle povrchov\u00fdch \u00faprav \u00fa\u010dinne zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 emisie prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) a splni\u0165 tieto normy kvality ovzdu\u0161ia.<\/p>\n
\u2013 Regenerat\u00edvne term\u00e1lne oxid\u00e1tory (RTO) s\u00fa pokro\u010dil\u00e9 syst\u00e9my na kontrolu zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 v priemysle n\u00e1terov.
\n\u2013 RTO funguj\u00fa tak, \u017ee v\u00fdfukov\u00e9 plyny z procesov nan\u00e1\u0161ania povrchovej \u00fapravy smeruj\u00fa do spa\u013eovacej komory, kde sa prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010denia (VOC) tepelne oxiduj\u00fa.
\n\u2013 Spa\u013eovacia komora dosahuje vysok\u00e9 teploty, zvy\u010dajne okolo 1 500 \u00b0F, \u010do zabezpe\u010duje \u00fapln\u00fa de\u0161trukciu prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC).
\n\u2013 RTO potom pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa keramick\u00e9 m\u00e9di\u00e1 na sp\u00e4tn\u00e9 z\u00edskavanie a op\u00e4tovn\u00e9 vyu\u017eitie tepla generovan\u00e9ho po\u010das oxida\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu, \u010d\u00edm sa zvy\u0161uje celkov\u00e1 energetick\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165.<\/p>\n
\u2013 RTO poskytuj\u00fa v priemysle n\u00e1terov mno\u017estvo environment\u00e1lnych v\u00fdhod.
\n\u2013 \u00da\u010dinnou oxid\u00e1ciou prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) pom\u00e1haj\u00fa RTO predch\u00e1dza\u0165 ich uvo\u013e\u0148ovaniu do atmosf\u00e9ry, \u010d\u00edm minimalizuj\u00fa zne\u010distenie ovzdu\u0161ia.
\n\u2013 Toto zn\u00ed\u017eenie emisi\u00ed prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn prispieva k zlep\u0161eniu kvality ovzdu\u0161ia a pom\u00e1ha zmier\u0148ova\u0165 tvorbu pr\u00edzemn\u00e9ho oz\u00f3nu, ktor\u00fd je \u0161kodlivou zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facou l\u00e1tkou.
