Regenerat\u00edvne term\u00e1lne oxid\u00e1tory (RTO) sa v priemysle povrchov\u00fdch \u00faprav \u0161iroko pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa ako zariadenia na kontrolu zne\u010distenia. S\u00fa ur\u010den\u00e9 na ni\u010denie prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC), nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tok zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich ovzdu\u0161ie (HAP) a in\u00fdch toxick\u00fdch chemik\u00e1li\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 sa uvo\u013e\u0148uj\u00fa po\u010das r\u00f4znych procesov povrchovej \u00fapravy. Na zabezpe\u010denie spr\u00e1vneho fungovania RTO je potrebn\u00e1 pravideln\u00e1 \u00fadr\u017eba. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku sa budeme venova\u0165 r\u00f4znym po\u017eiadavk\u00e1m na \u00fadr\u017ebu RTO v priemysle povrchov\u00fdch \u00faprav.<\/p>\n
Pravideln\u00e1 kontrola je nevyhnutnou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou procesu \u00fadr\u017eby. Harmonogram kontrol by sa mal pr\u00edsne dodr\u017eiava\u0165. Odpor\u00fa\u010da sa kontrolova\u0165 RTO aspo\u0148 raz mesa\u010dne. Po\u010das kontroly by sa mali skontrolova\u0165 nasleduj\u00face komponenty:<\/p>\n
\u010cistenie je \u010fal\u0161\u00edm k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdm aspektom \u00fadr\u017eby RTO. V\u00fdmenn\u00edky tepla a v\u00fdfukov\u00e9 kom\u00edny by sa mali pravidelne \u010disti\u0165, aby sa zabezpe\u010dila ich spr\u00e1vna funkcia. Frekvencia \u010distenia sa m\u00f4\u017ee l\u00ed\u0161i\u0165 v z\u00e1vislosti od \u00farovne zne\u010distenia. Na \u010distenie je mo\u017en\u00e9 pou\u017ei\u0165 tieto met\u00f3dy:<\/p>\n

Z\u00e1verom mo\u017eno kon\u0161tatova\u0165, \u017ee pravideln\u00e1 \u00fadr\u017eba je nevyhnutn\u00e1 pre spr\u00e1vne fungovanie RTO v priemysle povrchov\u00fdch \u00faprav. Po\u017eiadavky na \u00fadr\u017ebu zah\u0155\u0148aj\u00fa pravideln\u00fa kontrolu, \u010distenie, v\u00fdmenu opotrebovan\u00fdch dielov, kalibr\u00e1ciu a riadne za\u0161kolenie obsluhy. Tieto \u00falohy \u00fadr\u017eby zabezpe\u010dia, aby RTO fungovalo efekt\u00edvne a \u00fa\u010dinne, \u010d\u00edm sa zn\u00ed\u017eia emisie zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok. Dodr\u017eiavan\u00edm harmonogramu \u00fadr\u017eby je mo\u017en\u00e9 pred\u013a\u017ei\u0165 \u017eivotnos\u0165 RTO, \u010do v kone\u010dnom d\u00f4sledku u\u0161etr\u00ed spolo\u010dnosti n\u00e1klady.
