Tieto term\u00e1lne oxid\u00e1tory umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00fa spolo\u010dnostiam v priemysle n\u00e1terov kontrolova\u0165 emisie prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC), zni\u017eova\u0165 prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady a sp\u013a\u0148a\u0165 environment\u00e1lne predpisy.<\/p>\n<h2>\u010co je to RTO?<\/h2>\n<p>RTO je syst\u00e9m na regul\u00e1ciu zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia, ktor\u00fd vyu\u017e\u00edva vysok\u00e9 teploty na odstr\u00e1nenie prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) z pr\u00fadov odv\u00e1dzan\u00e9ho vzduchu. Syst\u00e9m RTO funguje tak, \u017ee pr\u00fad odv\u00e1dzan\u00e9ho vzduchu smeruje cez jednotku na sp\u00e4tn\u00e9 z\u00edskavanie tepla, kde sa vzduch predhrieva na ur\u010dit\u00fa teplotu. Predhriaty vzduch sa potom vedie do spa\u013eovacej komory, kde sa zahrieva na teplotu dostato\u010dne vysok\u00fa na sp\u00e1lenie VOC. Mnoh\u00e9 krajiny maj\u00fa pr\u00edsne predpisy t\u00fdkaj\u00face sa emisi\u00ed \u0161kodliv\u00fdch zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok a nedodr\u017eiavanie t\u00fdchto predpisov m\u00f4\u017ee vies\u0165 k vysok\u00fdm pokut\u00e1m alebo dokonca k zatvoreniu podniku.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Typy RTO pre dekorat\u00edvne n\u00e1tery<\/h2>\n<p>V priemysle dekorat\u00edvnych n\u00e1terov sa be\u017ene pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa dva hlavn\u00e9 typy RTO: jednokomorov\u00e9 RTO a dvojkomorov\u00e9 RTO.<\/p>\n<h3>Jednokomorov\u00e9 RTO<\/h3>\n<p>Jednokomorov\u00e9 RTO s\u00fa najjednoduch\u0161\u00edm typom RTO a pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa jednu spa\u013eovaciu komoru. Syst\u00e9m funguje tak, \u017ee pr\u00fad odpadov\u00e9ho vzduchu prech\u00e1dza spa\u013eovacou komorou, kde sa zahrieva na teplotu dostato\u010dne vysok\u00fa na sp\u00e1lenie prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn.
