Regenerat\u00edvne term\u00e1lne oxid\u00e1tory (RTO) sa v priemysle n\u00e1terov \u0161iroko pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa na zn\u00ed\u017eenie emisi\u00ed prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) vznikaj\u00facich po\u010das v\u00fdrobn\u00e9ho procesu. RTO sa pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa na zachyt\u00e1vanie a ni\u010denie VOC prostredn\u00edctvom vysokoteplotnej termickej oxid\u00e1cie, ktor\u00e1 premie\u0148a VOC na oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00fa paru. Pou\u017e\u00edvanie RTO sa st\u00e1va \u010doraz popul\u00e1rnej\u0161\u00edm v\u010faka ich vysokej \u00fa\u010dinnosti a n\u00edzkym prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fdm n\u00e1kladom.<\/p>\n
RTO funguj\u00fa na princ\u00edpe tepelnej oxid\u00e1cie, ktor\u00e1 zah\u0155\u0148a pou\u017eitie vysok\u00fdch tepl\u00f4t na rozklad prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC). Proces zah\u0155\u0148a pou\u017eitie spa\u013eovacej komory, ktor\u00e1 sa zahrieva na vysok\u00fa teplotu pomocou hor\u00e1ka. Vzduch nas\u00fdten\u00fd VOC potom prech\u00e1dza spa\u013eovacou komorou, kde sa VOC spa\u013euj\u00fa. V\u00fdsledn\u00fd hor\u00faci vzduch potom prech\u00e1dza keramick\u00fdm v\u00fdmenn\u00edkom tepla, kde sa teplo pren\u00e1\u0161a do priv\u00e1dzan\u00e9ho vzduchu. Tento predhriaty vzduch sa potom vracia sp\u00e4\u0165 do spa\u013eovacej komory, kde sa zap\u00e1li a udr\u017eiava proces spa\u013eovania. Zvy\u0161n\u00e9 teplo sa potom odv\u00e1dza do atmosf\u00e9ry. <\/p>\n
RTO pon\u00fakaj\u00fa v\u00fdrobcom povrchov\u00fdch \u00faprav plechoviek nieko\u013eko v\u00fdhod vr\u00e1tane:<\/p>\n
Pri v\u00fdbere RTO pre povlaky plechoviek je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 zv\u00e1\u017ei\u0165 nieko\u013eko faktorov, ako napr\u00edklad:<\/p>\n

Pri v\u00fdbere RTO je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 zv\u00e1\u017ei\u0165 faktory, ako je ve\u013ekos\u0165, prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e1 teplota, energetick\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165, po\u017eiadavky na \u00fadr\u017ebu a predpisy. Pri spr\u00e1vnom v\u00fdbere a \u00fadr\u017ebe m\u00f4\u017ee RTO poskytn\u00fa\u0165 v\u00fdrobcom povrchov\u00fdch \u00faprav plechoviek mnoho rokov spo\u013eahlivej slu\u017eby a \u00fasporu n\u00e1kladov. <\/p>\n
