Regenerat\u00edvny term\u00e1lny oxid\u00e1tor (RTO) sa v mnoh\u00fdch priemyseln\u00fdch odvetviach \u0161iroko pou\u017e\u00edva ako \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fd syst\u00e9m na kontrolu zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia. Je navrhnut\u00fd tak, aby odstra\u0148oval nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00face l\u00e1tky z v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov predt\u00fdm, ako sa uvo\u013enia do atmosf\u00e9ry. Aby sa zabezpe\u010dila maxim\u00e1lna \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 syst\u00e9mu RTO, je nevyhnutn\u00e9 udr\u017eiava\u0165 ho v dobrom stave v\u00fdmenou n\u00e1hradn\u00fdch dielov syst\u00e9mu kontroly zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia RTO pod\u013ea potreby.<\/p>\n
Rekupera\u010dn\u00e9 l\u00f4\u017eko je jednou z k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdch s\u00fa\u010dast\u00ed syst\u00e9mu RTO. Je zodpovedn\u00e9 za zachyt\u00e1vanie a ukladanie tepla produkovan\u00e9ho po\u010das oxida\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu. Rekupera\u010dn\u00e9 l\u00f4\u017eko je vyroben\u00e9 z keramick\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov, ktor\u00e9 odol\u00e1vaj\u00fa vysok\u00fdm teplot\u00e1m. Syst\u00e9m RTO sa spolieha na ventily a tlmi\u010de, ktor\u00e9 reguluj\u00fa tok v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov a vzduchu syst\u00e9mom. Ventily a tlmi\u010de je potrebn\u00e9 pravidelne vymie\u0148a\u0165, aby sa zabezpe\u010dila ich spr\u00e1vna funkcia. Ak sa ventily a tlmi\u010de nevymie\u0148aj\u00fa, m\u00f4\u017ee to vies\u0165 k neefekt\u00edvnosti syst\u00e9mu a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9mu riziku emisi\u00ed zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
