Regenerat\u00edvny termick\u00fd oxid\u00e1tor (RTO) je syst\u00e9m na kontrolu zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia, ktor\u00fd sa pou\u017e\u00edva na odstra\u0148ovanie \u0161kodliv\u00fdch zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok z priemyseln\u00fdch v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov. Je to \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 a n\u00e1kladovo efekt\u00edvna met\u00f3da kontroly zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia emitovan\u00e9ho z priemyseln\u00fdch procesov. Integr\u00e1cia syst\u00e9mu kontroly zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia RTO ozna\u010duje proces integr\u00e1cie syst\u00e9mu RTO do priemyseln\u00e9ho procesu s cie\u013eom optimalizova\u0165 jeho v\u00fdkon.<\/p>\n
Syst\u00e9m RTO je mo\u017en\u00e9 integrova\u0165 do priemyseln\u00e9ho procesu nieko\u013ek\u00fdmi sp\u00f4sobmi. Proces integr\u00e1cie sa m\u00f4\u017ee l\u00ed\u0161i\u0165 v z\u00e1vislosti od typu priemyseln\u00e9ho procesu, ve\u013ekosti syst\u00e9mu RTO a \u0161pecifick\u00fdch potrieb priemyslu v oblasti kontroly zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia. Priama integr\u00e1cia sa vz\u0165ahuje na in\u0161tal\u00e1ciu syst\u00e9mu RTO priamo do priemyseln\u00e9ho procesu. Syst\u00e9m RTO je pripojen\u00fd k v\u00fdfukov\u00e9mu pr\u00fadu priemyseln\u00e9ho procesu, \u010do mu umo\u017e\u0148uje zachyt\u00e1va\u0165 a kontrolova\u0165 l\u00e1tky zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00face ovzdu\u0161ie emitovan\u00e9 procesom. Nepriama integr\u00e1cia sa vz\u0165ahuje na in\u0161tal\u00e1ciu syst\u00e9mu RTO mimo priemyseln\u00e9ho procesu. Pr\u00fad v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov je priv\u00e1dzan\u00fd do syst\u00e9mu RTO, ktor\u00fd kontroluje zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00face l\u00e1tky vo vzduchu predt\u00fdm, ako vypust\u00ed \u010dist\u00fd vzduch do atmosf\u00e9ry. T\u00e1to met\u00f3da sa be\u017ene pou\u017e\u00edva v odvetviach, ktor\u00e9 generuj\u00fa n\u00edzky objem v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov, ako je spracovanie potrav\u00edn, textiln\u00fd priemysel a v\u00fdroba v\u00fdrobkov z dreva.<\/p>\n
Paraleln\u00e1 integr\u00e1cia sa vz\u0165ahuje na in\u0161tal\u00e1ciu viacer\u00fdch syst\u00e9mov RTO s\u00fabe\u017ene s priemyseln\u00fdm procesom. Syst\u00e9m RTO oxiduje VOC za vzniku vodnej pary a oxidu uhli\u010dit\u00e9ho, ktor\u00e9 sa bezpe\u010dne uvo\u013e\u0148uj\u00fa do atmosf\u00e9ry.<\/p>\n
Syst\u00e9m RTO sa pou\u017e\u00edva aj na kontrolu nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tok zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich ovzdu\u0161ie v odvetviach, ktor\u00e9 produkuj\u00fa nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00face ovzdu\u0161ie, ako je farmaceutick\u00e1 v\u00fdroba a v\u00fdroba polovodi\u010dov. Syst\u00e9m RTO kontroluje nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky ich oxid\u00e1ciou pri vysok\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch, \u010d\u00edm ich rozklad\u00e1 na ne\u0161kodn\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010deniny.<\/p>\n
