Regenerat\u00edvne term\u00e1lne oxid\u00e1tory, be\u017ene ozna\u010dovan\u00e9 ako RTO, s\u00fa zariadenia na regul\u00e1ciu zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 v priemyseln\u00fdch aplik\u00e1ci\u00e1ch na zn\u00ed\u017eenie \u0161kodliv\u00fdch emisi\u00ed. Z\u00e1kladn\u00fdm mechanizmom RTO je proces termickej oxid\u00e1cie, ktor\u00fd premie\u0148a zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00face l\u00e1tky na oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodu prostredn\u00edctvom spa\u013eovania pri vysokej teplote.<\/p>\n

Zne\u010distenie ovzdu\u0161ia je v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm probl\u00e9mom v mnoh\u00fdch industrializovan\u00fdch krajin\u00e1ch a emisie z priemyseln\u00fdch procesov k nemu v\u00fdznamne prispievaj\u00fa. Riadenie ovzdu\u0161ia (RTO) je \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdm rie\u0161en\u00edm tohto probl\u00e9mu, ktor\u00e9 poskytuje sp\u00f4sob, ako zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 tieto emisie a splni\u0165 regula\u010dn\u00e9 po\u017eiadavky.<\/p>\n
RTO funguj\u00fa na princ\u00edpe v\u00fdmenn\u00edka tepla, ktor\u00fd pren\u00e1\u0161a teplo zo spa\u013eovacej komory do priv\u00e1dzan\u00e9ho pr\u00fadu vzduchu. Toto predhrievanie eliminuje potrebu dodato\u010dn\u00e9ho paliva na dosiahnutie vysok\u00fdch tepl\u00f4t potrebn\u00fdch na oxid\u00e1ciu a zni\u017euje spotrebu energie.<\/p>\n

N\u00e1vrh syst\u00e9mu RTO z\u00e1vis\u00ed od nieko\u013ek\u00fdch faktorov vr\u00e1tane typu zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facej l\u00e1tky, prietoku a teploty. Prev\u00e1dzka syst\u00e9mu RTO zah\u0155\u0148a nieko\u013eko f\u00e1z vr\u00e1tane f\u00e1zy ohrevu, f\u00e1zy spa\u013eovania a f\u00e1zy chladenia.<\/p>\n

V meste Xi'an m\u00e1me v\u00fdskumn\u00e9 a v\u00fdvojov\u00e9 centrum pre technol\u00f3gie RTO a technologick\u00e9 centrum pre in\u017einierske technol\u00f3gie na redukciu uhl\u00edka z v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov, ako aj v\u00fdrobn\u00fa z\u00e1klad\u0148u s rozlohou 30 000 metrov \u0161tvorcov\u00fdch v meste Yangling. Sme popredn\u00fdm svetov\u00fdm v\u00fdrobcom zariaden\u00ed RTO a rota\u010dn\u00fdch zariaden\u00ed so zeolitov\u00fdmi molekul\u00e1rnymi sitami.
