Regenerat\u00edvne term\u00e1lne oxid\u00e1tory (RTO) sa v polovodi\u010dovom priemysle \u0161iroko pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa na kontrolu zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia. Polovodi\u010dov\u00fd priemysel je zn\u00e1my t\u00fdm, \u017ee pri svojej prev\u00e1dzke vyp\u00fa\u0161\u0165a prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010deniny (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00face ovzdu\u0161ie (HAP), ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 pre \u013eudsk\u00e9 zdravie a \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie. \u010co je RTO?<\/h2>\n

RTO je technol\u00f3gia na kontrolu zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia, ktor\u00e1 funguje na princ\u00edpe oxid\u00e1cie zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok vo v\u00fdfukovom vzduchu. Proces zah\u0155\u0148a ohrev v\u00fdfukov\u00e9ho vzduchu na vysok\u00fa teplotu, zvy\u010dajne okolo 1500 \u00b0F, v spa\u013eovacej komore. Vysokoteplotn\u00fd vzduch potom prech\u00e1dza keramick\u00fdm v\u00fdmenn\u00edkom tepla, kde uvo\u013e\u0148uje teplo a ochladzuje sa. Ochladen\u00fd vzduch sa potom uvo\u013e\u0148uje do atmosf\u00e9ry. RTO s\u00fa energeticky \u00fasporn\u00e9 a dok\u00e1\u017eu odstr\u00e1ni\u0165 a\u017e 991 TP4T prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdch l\u00e1tok (HAP) z v\u00fdfukov\u00e9ho vzduchu.<\/p>\n

Ako RTO kontroluj\u00fa zne\u010distenie ovzdu\u0161ia v polovodi\u010dovom priemysle?<\/h2>\n

RTO sa v polovodi\u010dovom priemysle \u0161iroko pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa na kontrolu zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia. Tu je nieko\u013eko sp\u00f4sobov, ak\u00fdmi RTO kontroluj\u00fa zne\u010distenie ovzdu\u0161ia v polovodi\u010dovom priemysle:<\/p>\n

1. Zni\u017eovanie emisi\u00ed prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC)<\/h3>\n

VOC s\u00fa nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 pre \u013eudsk\u00e9 zdravie a \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie. RTO s\u00fa schopn\u00e9 odstr\u00e1ni\u0165 a\u017e 99% VOC z odpadov\u00e9ho vzduchu. VOC sa v spa\u013eovacej komore oxiduj\u00fa a premie\u0148aj\u00fa na oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00fa paru, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa ne\u0161kodn\u00e9 pre \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie.<\/p>\n

2. Zmiernenie zdravotn\u00fdch probl\u00e9mov<\/h3>\n

Polovodi\u010dov\u00fd priemysel tie\u017e pri svojej prev\u00e1dzke vyp\u00fa\u0161\u0165a nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00face ovzdu\u0161ie (HAP). Je zn\u00e1me, \u017ee HAP sp\u00f4sobuj\u00fa zdravotn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my, ako je rakovina, vroden\u00e9 chyby a respira\u010dn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my. RTO dok\u00e1\u017eu \u00fa\u010dinne odstr\u00e1ni\u0165 HAP z odpadov\u00e9ho vzduchu. HAP sa v spa\u013eovacej komore oxiduj\u00fa a premie\u0148aj\u00fa na nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky.<\/p>\n

3. Energetick\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165<\/h3>\n

RTO s\u00fa energeticky \u00fasporn\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie na kontrolu zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia. RTO vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa teplo z odv\u00e1dzan\u00e9ho vzduchu na predhriatie priv\u00e1dzan\u00e9ho vzduchu. Tento proces \u0161etr\u00ed energiu a pom\u00e1ha zni\u017eova\u0165 prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady polovodi\u010dov\u00e9ho priemyslu.<\/p>\n
