Na zmiernenie nepriazniv\u00e9ho vplyvu na \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie sa farmaceutick\u00e9 spolo\u010dnosti \u010doraz viac obracaj\u00fa na regenerat\u00edvne term\u00e1lne oxid\u00e1tory (RTO) ako na \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 rie\u0161enie na kontrolu zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia.<\/p>\n<h2>Technol\u00f3gia RTO<\/h2>\n<p>\u2013 RTO s\u00fa pokro\u010dil\u00e9 syst\u00e9my na kontrolu zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia, ktor\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa vysok\u00e9 teploty a oxid\u00e1ciu na odstr\u00e1nenie \u0161kodliv\u00fdch zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok z priemyseln\u00fdch v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov.<br \/>\n\u2013 Syst\u00e9m RTO pozost\u00e1va z viacer\u00fdch kom\u00f4r vyplnen\u00fdch keramick\u00fdm m\u00e9diom, ktor\u00e9 funguj\u00fa ako chladi\u010d a umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00fa efekt\u00edvny prenos tepla.<br \/>\n\u2013 Pr\u00fad v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov je smerovan\u00fd do jednej komory, kde sa zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00face l\u00e1tky oxiduj\u00fa pri vysok\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch.<br \/>\n\u2013 Po\u010das oxida\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu sa generovan\u00e9 teplo pren\u00e1\u0161a na keramick\u00e9 m\u00e9dium, ktor\u00e9 predhrieva prich\u00e1dzaj\u00faci pr\u00fad v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov v susednej komore.<br \/>\n\u2013 Tento mechanizmus v\u00fdmeny tepla zais\u0165uje energetick\u00fa \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 a zni\u017euje prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady.<\/p>\n<h2>V\u00fdhody RTO pre farmaceutick\u00fd priemysel<\/h2>\n<p>1.
