V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku presk\u00famame nieko\u013eko pr\u00edpadov\u00fdch \u0161t\u00fadi\u00ed aplik\u00e1ci\u00ed RTO v r\u00f4znych odvetviach a budeme diskutova\u0165 o v\u00fdhod\u00e1ch pou\u017e\u00edvania RTO na kontrolu zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia.<\/p>\n<h2>RTO v petrochemickom priemysle<\/h2>\n<p>Petrochemick\u00e9 z\u00e1vody po\u010das svojich v\u00fdrobn\u00fdch procesov \u010dasto emituj\u00fa ve\u013ek\u00e9 mno\u017estvo prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC). Tieto emisie m\u00f4\u017eu ma\u0165 negat\u00edvny vplyv na \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie a \u013eudsk\u00e9 zdravie. Uk\u00e1zalo sa, \u017ee RTO s\u00fa \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdm rie\u0161en\u00edm na kontrolu emisi\u00ed VOC v petrochemickom priemysle.<\/p>\n<p>Jedna pr\u00edpadov\u00e1 \u0161t\u00fadia sa t\u00fdkala petrochemick\u00e9ho z\u00e1vodu v Texase, ktor\u00fd musel zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 emisie VOC o 951 TP4T. Z\u00e1vod nain\u0161taloval syst\u00e9m RTO, ktor\u00fd bol schopn\u00fd spracova\u0165 150 000 kubick\u00fdch st\u00f4p za min\u00fatu (CFM) v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov. Syst\u00e9m RTO dok\u00e1zal zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 emisie VOC o 981 TP4T, \u010do v\u00fdrazne prekro\u010dilo po\u017eadovan\u00fa mieru zn\u00ed\u017eenia.<\/p>\n<p>\u010eal\u0161ia pr\u00edpadov\u00e1 \u0161t\u00fadia sa t\u00fdkala petrochemick\u00e9ho z\u00e1vodu v Ju\u017enej K\u00f3rei, ktor\u00fd mal probl\u00e9my s vysok\u00fdmi prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fdmi n\u00e1kladmi na syst\u00e9m kontroly zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia. Z\u00e1vod nahradil svoj existuj\u00faci syst\u00e9m syst\u00e9mom RTO a dok\u00e1zal zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady o 50% a z\u00e1rove\u0148 dosiahnu\u0165 lep\u0161iu \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 odstra\u0148ovania prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC).<\/p>\n<h2>RTO v potravin\u00e1rskom priemysle<\/h2>\n<p>Potravin\u00e1rske z\u00e1vody m\u00f4\u017eu vyp\u00fa\u0161\u0165a\u0165 r\u00f4zne zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00face l\u00e1tky vr\u00e1tane pachov a pevn\u00fdch \u010dast\u00edc. Z\u00e1vod nain\u0161taloval syst\u00e9m RTO, ktor\u00fd dok\u00e1zal zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 emisie z\u00e1pachu o 951 TP4T. Syst\u00e9m RTO dok\u00e1zal tie\u017e dosiahnu\u0165 mieru odstr\u00e1nenia pevn\u00fdch \u010dast\u00edc na \u00farovni 991 TP4T.<\/p>\n<h2>RTO v tla\u010diarenskom priemysle<\/h2>\n<p>Tla\u010diarne po\u010das svojich v\u00fdrobn\u00fdch procesov \u010dasto vyp\u00fa\u0161\u0165aj\u00fa nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00face ovzdu\u0161ie.
