S\u00fa to vysoko \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 a n\u00e1kladovo efekt\u00edvne syst\u00e9my, ktor\u00e9 sa pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa na ni\u010denie prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) a in\u00fdch l\u00e1tok zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich ovzdu\u0161ie. Kon\u0161trukcia RTO sa neust\u00e1le vylep\u0161uje, aby sp\u013a\u0148ala nov\u00e9 environment\u00e1lne predpisy a poskytovala lep\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdkon. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku sa budeme venova\u0165 kon\u0161truk\u010dn\u00fdm aspektom kontroly zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia pomocou RTO.<\/p>\n<h2>Dizajnov\u00e9 aspekty kontroly zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia RTO<\/h2>\n<h3>Typ RTO<\/h3>\n<p>Existuj\u00fa dva typy RTO: jednol\u00f4\u017ekov\u00e9 a dvojl\u00f4\u017ekov\u00e9. V\u00fdber typu RTO z\u00e1vis\u00ed od nieko\u013ek\u00fdch faktorov, ako je typ pr\u00fadu odpadov\u00e9ho plynu, koncentr\u00e1cia zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok a po\u017eadovan\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 ni\u010denia. Jednol\u00f4\u017ekov\u00e9 RTO sa be\u017ene pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa pre pr\u00fady odpadov\u00e9ho plynu s ni\u017e\u0161\u00edmi koncentr\u00e1ciami VOC, zatia\u013e \u010do dvojl\u00f4\u017ekov\u00e9 RTO sa uprednost\u0148uj\u00fa pre pr\u00fady odpadov\u00e9ho plynu s vy\u0161\u0161\u00edmi koncentr\u00e1ciami VOC. Dvojl\u00f4\u017ekov\u00e9 RTO s\u00fa drah\u0161ie, ale poskytuj\u00fa vy\u0161\u0161iu \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 ni\u010denia.<\/p>\n<h3>Syst\u00e9m rekuper\u00e1cie tepla<\/h3>\n<p>Syst\u00e9m rekuper\u00e1cie tepla je kritickou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou RTO. Hlavn\u00fdm \u00fa\u010delom syst\u00e9mu rekuper\u00e1cie tepla je rekuperova\u0165 teplo generovan\u00e9 spa\u013eovan\u00edm zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok v oxida\u010dnej komore a prenies\u0165 ho sp\u00e4\u0165 do prich\u00e1dzaj\u00faceho pr\u00fadu odpadov\u00fdch plynov. To pom\u00e1ha zni\u017eova\u0165 prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady RTO a zlep\u0161ova\u0165 jeho celkov\u00fa \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165. Syst\u00e9m rekuper\u00e1cie tepla m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 navrhnut\u00fd s pou\u017eit\u00edm keramick\u00fdch v\u00fdmenn\u00edkov tepla alebo kovov\u00fdch v\u00fdmenn\u00edkov tepla. Keramick\u00e9 v\u00fdmenn\u00edky tepla s\u00fa drah\u0161ie, ale maj\u00fa dlh\u0161iu \u017eivotnos\u0165 a lep\u0161iu \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 prenosu tepla v porovnan\u00ed s kovov\u00fdmi v\u00fdmenn\u00edkmi tepla.<\/p>\n<h3>Syst\u00e9m riadenia prietoku<\/h3>\n<p>Syst\u00e9m riadenia prietoku je zodpovedn\u00fd za udr\u017eiavanie kon\u0161tantn\u00e9ho prietoku pr\u00fadu odpadov\u00e9ho plynu do RTO. Pokles tlaku je mierou odporu RTO vo\u010di pr\u00fadeniu pr\u00fadu odpadov\u00e9ho plynu. Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pokles tlaku m\u00f4\u017ee vies\u0165 k vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fdm n\u00e1kladom a zn\u00ed\u017eeniu \u00fa\u010dinnosti. Pokles tlaku je mo\u017en\u00e9 zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 optimaliz\u00e1ciou syst\u00e9mu rekuper\u00e1cie tepla, v\u00fdberom spr\u00e1vneho typu tesniaceho materi\u00e1lu a spr\u00e1vnym n\u00e1vrhom syst\u00e9mu regul\u00e1cie prietoku.<\/p>\n<h3>Baliaci materi\u00e1l<\/h3>\n<p>Baliaci materi\u00e1l sa pou\u017e\u00edva na zabezpe\u010denie ve\u013ekej povrchovej plochy pre prenos tepla medzi prich\u00e1dzaj\u00facim pr\u00fadom odpadov\u00e9ho plynu a odch\u00e1dzaj\u00facim pr\u00fadom \u010dist\u00e9ho vzduchu. V\u00fdber baliaceho materi\u00e1lu z\u00e1vis\u00ed od nieko\u013ek\u00fdch faktorov vr\u00e1tane koncentr\u00e1cie zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok, po\u017eadovanej \u00fa\u010dinnosti ni\u010denia a prev\u00e1dzkovej teploty. V RTO sa be\u017ene pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa keramick\u00e9 a kovov\u00e9 baliace materi\u00e1ly.<\/p>\n<h3>Prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e1 teplota<\/h3>\n<p>Prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e1 teplota RTO je kritick\u00fdm kon\u0161truk\u010dn\u00fdm parametrom, ktor\u00fd ovplyv\u0148uje \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 de\u0161trukcie a \u017eivotnos\u0165 obalov\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu.
