Zne\u010distenie ovzdu\u0161ia je v\u00fdznamn\u00fd environment\u00e1lny probl\u00e9m, ktor\u00fd predstavuje hrozbu pre \u013eudsk\u00e9 zdravie aj ekosyst\u00e9m. Na boj proti tomuto probl\u00e9mu sa ako vysoko \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 rie\u0161enie objavili regenerat\u00edvne term\u00e1lne oxid\u00e1tory (RTO). RTO s\u00fa pokro\u010dil\u00e9 syst\u00e9my na kontrolu zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia, ktor\u00e9 pon\u00fakaj\u00fa mno\u017estvo v\u00fdhod pri zmier\u0148ovan\u00ed zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku presk\u00famame r\u00f4zne v\u00fdhody kontroly zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia pomocou RTO.<\/p>\n
\u2013 RTO vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa vysokoteplotn\u00e9 spa\u013eovanie na ni\u010denie \u0161kodliv\u00fdch zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok, ako s\u00fa prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010deniny (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00face ovzdu\u0161ie (HAP).<\/p>\n
\u2013 Dosiahnut\u00edm \u00fa\u010dinnosti ni\u010denia viac ako 991 TP4T RTO efekt\u00edvne zni\u017euj\u00fa emisie t\u00fdchto zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok do atmosf\u00e9ry.<\/p>\n
\u2013 Toto zn\u00ed\u017eenie \u0161kodliv\u00fdch emisi\u00ed pom\u00e1ha zlep\u0161i\u0165 kvalitu ovzdu\u0161ia a chr\u00e1ni \u013eudsk\u00e9 zdravie aj \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie.<\/p>\n
\u2013 RTO s\u00fa navrhnut\u00e9 s regenerat\u00edvnym v\u00fdmenn\u00edkom tepla, ktor\u00fd umo\u017e\u0148uje sp\u00e4tn\u00e9 z\u00edskavanie a op\u00e4tovn\u00e9 pou\u017eitie tepla generovan\u00e9ho po\u010das oxida\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu.<\/p>\n
\u2013 Tento syst\u00e9m rekuper\u00e1cie energie v\u00fdrazne zni\u017euje celkov\u00fa spotrebu energie syst\u00e9mu kontroly zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia.<\/p>\n
\u2013 Minimaliz\u00e1ciou energetick\u00fdch po\u017eiadaviek prispievaj\u00fa RTO k udr\u017eate\u013enej prev\u00e1dzke a pom\u00e1haj\u00fa organiz\u00e1ci\u00e1m dosiahnu\u0165 ich ciele v oblasti energetickej \u00fa\u010dinnosti.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Hoci po\u010diato\u010dn\u00e1 invest\u00edcia do RTO m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 vy\u0161\u0161ia v porovnan\u00ed s in\u00fdmi technol\u00f3giami kontroly zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia, ich dlhodob\u00e1 n\u00e1kladov\u00e1 efekt\u00edvnos\u0165 je nepopierate\u013en\u00e1.<\/p>\n
\u2013 Funkcia rekuper\u00e1cie energie RTO vedie k zn\u00ed\u017eeniu prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fdch n\u00e1kladov, preto\u017ee na prev\u00e1dzku je potrebn\u00e9 menej paliva.<\/p>\n
\u2013 Okrem toho maj\u00fa RTO minim\u00e1lne po\u017eiadavky na \u00fadr\u017ebu, \u010do vedie k ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm priebe\u017en\u00fdm n\u00e1kladom.<\/p>\n
\u2013 Celkov\u00e9 \u00faspory n\u00e1kladov, ktor\u00e9 pon\u00fakaj\u00fa RTO, z nich robia finan\u010dne \u017eivotaschopn\u00fa mo\u017enos\u0165 pre odvetvia zaoberaj\u00face sa kontrolou zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia.<\/p>\n
\u2013 RTO s\u00fa navrhnut\u00e9 tak, aby sp\u013a\u0148ali a prekra\u010dovali pr\u00edsne predpisy o kvalite ovzdu\u0161ia stanoven\u00e9 environment\u00e1lnymi org\u00e1nmi.<\/p>\n
\u2013 Ich vysok\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 ni\u010denia zabezpe\u010duje, \u017ee priemyseln\u00e9 odvetvia pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00face RTO s\u00fa v s\u00falade s emisn\u00fdmi normami a predpismi.<\/p>\n
