RTO s\u00fa \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 pri \u010disten\u00ed prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC), nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tok zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich ovzdu\u0161ie (HAP) a zap\u00e1chaj\u00facich emisi\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 vznikaj\u00fa v priemyseln\u00fdch procesoch.<\/p>\n<h2>Ako funguj\u00fa RTO<\/h2>\n<p>RTO vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa dvojkomorov\u00fd syst\u00e9m na oxid\u00e1ciu nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok na ne\u0161kodn\u00fd CO2 a vodn\u00fa paru. Syst\u00e9m je navrhnut\u00fd tak, aby zachyt\u00e1val hor\u00face v\u00fdfukov\u00e9 plyny z priemyseln\u00e9ho procesu, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa potom presmerovan\u00e9 cez vrstvu m\u00e9dia na v\u00fdmenu tepla. M\u00e9dium absorbuje teplo z v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov a predhrieva vstupn\u00fd procesn\u00fd pr\u00fad, \u010d\u00edm optimalizuje energetick\u00fa \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165.<\/p>\n<p>Ke\u010f pr\u00fad v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov prech\u00e1dza cez RTO, naraz\u00ed na vrstvu keramick\u00e9ho m\u00e9dia, ktor\u00e9 bolo predhriate odch\u00e1dzaj\u00facim pr\u00fadom v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov. Prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010deniny (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 zlo\u017eky (HAP) sa pri kontakte s m\u00e9diom oxiduj\u00fa, pri\u010dom sa teplonosn\u00e9 m\u00e9dium udr\u017eiava na vysokej teplote procesom v\u00fdmeny tepla. Oxidovan\u00e9 plyny sa potom uvo\u013e\u0148uj\u00fa do atmosf\u00e9ry ako ne\u0161kodn\u00fd CO2 a vodn\u00e1 para.<\/p>\n<p>Syst\u00e9m RTO obsahuje aj ovl\u00e1dac\u00ed panel, ktor\u00fd monitoruje teplotu a prietok prich\u00e1dzaj\u00facich v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov. To zabezpe\u010duje, \u017ee syst\u00e9m pracuje s maxim\u00e1lnou \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165ou a z\u00e1rove\u0148 minimalizuje spotrebu energie.<\/p>\n<h2>V\u00fdhody RTO<\/h2>\n<h3>1. Vysok\u00e1 tepeln\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165<\/h3>\n<p>Jednou z hlavn\u00fdch v\u00fdhod RTO je ich vysok\u00e1 tepeln\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165. To vedie k v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm \u00faspor\u00e1m energie a zni\u017euje prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady.<\/p>\n<h3>2. N\u00edzke prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady<\/h3>\n<p>V porovnan\u00ed s in\u00fdmi rie\u0161eniami na kontrolu zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia maj\u00fa RTO relat\u00edvne n\u00edzke prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady.
