Na boj proti tomuto probl\u00e9mu boli vyvinut\u00e9 r\u00f4zne technol\u00f3gie na kontrolu zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia a jednou z naj\u00fa\u010dinnej\u0161\u00edch a najpou\u017e\u00edvanej\u0161\u00edch met\u00f3d s\u00fa regenerat\u00edvne term\u00e1lne oxid\u00e1tory (RTO).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/regenerative-thermal-oxidizers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/0-air-pollution-control-rto-1.webp\" alt=\"Obr\u00e1zok 1 RTO\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<h2>\u010co je RTO?<\/h2>\n<p>RTO je skratka pre Regenerative Thermal Oxidator (regenerat\u00edvny tepeln\u00fd oxid\u00e1tor), \u010do je pokro\u010dil\u00fd syst\u00e9m na kontrolu zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia ur\u010den\u00fd na odstra\u0148ovanie \u0161kodliv\u00fdch zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok z priemyseln\u00fdch v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov. RTO vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa vysokoteplotn\u00fd proces na rozklad prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tok zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich ovzdu\u0161ie (HAP).<\/p>\n<h3>Princ\u00edp fungovania<\/h3>\n<p>RTO funguj\u00fa na princ\u00edpe termickej oxid\u00e1cie, kde sa kontaminovan\u00fd vzduch zahrieva na vysok\u00fa teplotu v spa\u013eovacej komore. VOC a HAP sa potom oxiduj\u00fa na oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00fa paru.
