Je to \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 met\u00f3da na zni\u017eovanie emisi\u00ed zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia, najm\u00e4 prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn. Na prev\u00e1dzku RTO je potrebn\u00e9 splni\u0165 ur\u010dit\u00e9 z\u00e1konn\u00e9 po\u017eiadavky. Tento \u010dl\u00e1nok sa bude zaobera\u0165 z\u00e1konn\u00fdmi po\u017eiadavkami na RTO v oblasti kontroly zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia.<\/p>\n<h2>Po\u017eiadavky na povolenie<\/h2>\n<p>Pred in\u0161tal\u00e1ciou zariadenia RTO je potrebn\u00e9 splni\u0165 r\u00f4zne po\u017eiadavky na povolenia.
