S rast\u00facim povedom\u00edm o \u0161kodliv\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dinkoch zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia mnoh\u00e9 priemyseln\u00e9 odvetvia teraz prij\u00edmaj\u00fa regenerat\u00edvne term\u00e1lne oxid\u00e1tory (RTO) ako rie\u0161enie na kontrolu zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia. Efekt\u00edvne pou\u017e\u00edvanie RTO v\u0161ak vo ve\u013ekej miere z\u00e1vis\u00ed od \u0161kolenia zamestnancov. Preto je nevyhnutn\u00e9 vy\u0161koli\u0165 zamestnancov v spr\u00e1vnom pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00ed RTO na kontrolu zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia.<\/p>\n
\u0160kolenie RTO je nevyhnutn\u00e9 z r\u00f4znych d\u00f4vodov, ako napr\u00edklad:<\/p>\n

Predt\u00fdm, ako sa zamestnanci ponoria do \u0161pecif\u00edk \u0161kolenia RTO, by sa mali obozn\u00e1mi\u0165 so z\u00e1kladmi RTO. To zah\u0155\u0148a pochopenie komponentov RTO, ich fungovania a ich hlavn\u00fdch funkci\u00ed. Je tie\u017e d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 za\u0161koli\u0165 zamestnancov o d\u00f4le\u017eitosti \u00fadr\u017eby RTO vr\u00e1tane pravideln\u00fdch kontrol, \u010distenia a servisu.<\/p>\n
\u0160kolenie person\u00e1lu o prev\u00e1dzke RTO zah\u0155\u0148a ich obozn\u00e1menie s r\u00f4znymi prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fdmi parametrami, ktor\u00e9 ovplyv\u0148uj\u00fa v\u00fdkon RTO. Zah\u0155\u0148a to \u0161kolenie o tom, ako monitorova\u0165 a regulova\u0165 teplotu, prietok vzduchu a pokles tlaku. Zamestnanci by mali by\u0165 tie\u017e vy\u0161kolen\u00ed v tom, ako identifikova\u0165 a rie\u0161i\u0165 be\u017en\u00e9 prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9 probl\u00e9my, ako je n\u00edzka \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 spa\u013eovania a vysok\u00e9 hladiny oxidu uho\u013enat\u00e9ho a oxidov dus\u00edka.<\/p>\n
Spr\u00e1vna \u00fadr\u017eba RTO je k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e1 pre zabezpe\u010denie optim\u00e1lneho v\u00fdkonu a minimaliz\u00e1ciu prestojov. Zamestnanci by mali by\u0165 vy\u0161kolen\u00ed v r\u00f4znych aspektoch \u00fadr\u017eby RTO, ako napr\u00edklad:<\/p>\n
\u0160kolenie by malo zah\u0155\u0148a\u0165 aj spr\u00e1vne pou\u017e\u00edvanie n\u00e1strojov a zariaden\u00ed potrebn\u00fdch na \u00fadr\u017ebu vr\u00e1tane v\u00fdmeny filtrov a katalyz\u00e1torov.<\/p>\n
RTO s\u00fa zlo\u017eit\u00e9 syst\u00e9my, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu predstavova\u0165 zna\u010dn\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnostn\u00e9 rizik\u00e1, ak sa s nimi nezaobch\u00e1dza spr\u00e1vne. Zamestnanci by mali by\u0165 vy\u0161kolen\u00ed v spr\u00e1vnych bezpe\u010dnostn\u00fdch postupoch vr\u00e1tane nosenia osobn\u00fdch ochrann\u00fdch prostriedkov (OOP) a dodr\u017eiavania postupov uzamykania\/ozna\u010dovania po\u010das \u00fadr\u017eby. Mali by by\u0165 tie\u017e vy\u0161kolen\u00ed v postupoch reakcie na n\u00fadzov\u00e9 situ\u00e1cie vr\u00e1tane evaku\u00e1cie a hasenia po\u017eiaru.<\/p>\n
Zariadenia na kontrolu zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia (RTO) s\u00fa \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdmi rie\u0161eniami na kontrolu zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia v priemyseln\u00fdch odvetviach. Ich efekt\u00edvne vyu\u017eitie v\u0161ak z\u00e1vis\u00ed od \u0161kolenia person\u00e1lu. Spr\u00e1vne \u0161kolenie zabezpe\u010duje, \u017ee zamestnanci maj\u00fa zru\u010dnosti a vedomosti potrebn\u00e9 na bezpe\u010dn\u00fa a efekt\u00edvnu prev\u00e1dzku RTO. \u0160kolenie by malo zah\u0155\u0148a\u0165 r\u00f4zne aspekty pou\u017e\u00edvania RTO vr\u00e1tane prev\u00e1dzky, \u00fadr\u017eby a bezpe\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n
Na\u0161a spolo\u010dnos\u0165 je high-tech podnik \u0161pecializuj\u00faci sa na komplexn\u00e9 spracovanie odpadov\u00fdch plynov z prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) a redukciu uhl\u00edka a technol\u00f3gie na \u00fasporu energie. Medzi na\u0161e hlavn\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie patr\u00ed tepeln\u00e1 energia, spa\u013eovanie, utes\u0148ovanie a samoregul\u00e1cia so schopnos\u0165ou simulova\u0165 teplotn\u00e9 polia a polia pr\u00fadenia vzduchu, ako aj testova\u0165 vlastnosti keramick\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov na akumul\u00e1ciu tepla, materi\u00e1lov na adsorpciu molekul\u00e1rnych s\u00edt a vysokoteplotnej spa\u013eovacej oxid\u00e1cie VOC.<\/p>\n
V meste Xi'an m\u00e1me centrum technick\u00e9ho v\u00fdskumu a v\u00fdvoja a centrum technol\u00f3gi\u00ed na redukciu uhl\u00edka z odpadov\u00fdch plynov a v meste Yangling m\u00e1me v\u00fdrobn\u00fa z\u00e1klad\u0148u s rozlohou 30 000 metrov \u0161tvorcov\u00fdch, \u010do z n\u00e1s rob\u00ed popredn\u00e9ho v\u00fdrobcu zariaden\u00ed RTO a rota\u010dn\u00fdch zariaden\u00ed s molekul\u00e1rnymi sitami na svete. N\u00e1\u0161 hlavn\u00fd technologick\u00fd t\u00edm poch\u00e1dza z v\u00fdskumn\u00e9ho \u00fastavu raketov\u00fdch motorov na kvapaln\u00e9 paliv\u00e1 v leteckom priemysle (Aerospace Six Institute). V s\u00fa\u010dasnosti m\u00e1me viac ako 360 zamestnancov vr\u00e1tane viac ako 60 technologick\u00fdch pracovn\u00edkov v oblasti v\u00fdskumu a v\u00fdvoja, z ktor\u00fdch traja s\u00fa v\u00fdskumn\u00ed profesori, \u0161es\u0165 je ved\u00facich in\u017einierov a 47 m\u00e1 doktor\u00e1t z termodynamiky.<\/p>\n
Na\u0161imi hlavn\u00fdmi produktmi s\u00fa rota\u010dn\u00e9 koncentr\u00e1tory RTO a molekul\u00e1rne sit\u00e1, ktor\u00e9 v kombin\u00e1cii s na\u0161imi vlastn\u00fdmi odborn\u00fdmi znalos\u0165ami v oblasti ochrany \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia a technol\u00f3gie tepeln\u00e9ho in\u017einierstva dok\u00e1\u017eu z\u00e1kazn\u00edkom poskytn\u00fa\u0165 komplexn\u00e9 rie\u0161enia na \u010distenie priemyseln\u00fdch odpadov\u00fdch plynov a zni\u017eovanie emisi\u00ed uhl\u00edka pri vyu\u017eit\u00ed tepelnej energie pre r\u00f4zne pracovn\u00e9 podmienky.<\/p>\n
Z\u00edskali sme r\u00f4zne certifik\u00e1cie a kvalifik\u00e1cie vr\u00e1tane certifik\u00e1cie syst\u00e9mu spr\u00e1vy nehnute\u013enost\u00ed, certifik\u00e1cie syst\u00e9mu mana\u017e\u00e9rstva kvality, certifik\u00e1cie syst\u00e9mu environment\u00e1lneho mana\u017e\u00e9rstva, kvalifik\u00e1cie stavebn\u00e9ho podniku, high-tech podniku a patentov na oxida\u010dn\u00fa spa\u013eov\u0148u s rota\u010dn\u00fdm ventilom, rota\u010dn\u00fa spa\u013eov\u0148u s akumul\u00e1ciou tepla a rota\u010dn\u00e9 zariadenie s molekulov\u00fdm sitom v tvare disku at\u010f. <\/p>\n
