RTO sa \u0161iroko pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa v r\u00f4znych odvetviach na kontrolu zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia a ochranu \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia. Napriek ich \u00fa\u010dinnosti je v\u0161ak s RTO spojen\u00fdch nieko\u013eko probl\u00e9mov, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu ovplyvni\u0165 ich v\u00fdkon a \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165.
