Mnoh\u00e9 priemyseln\u00e9 odvetvia s\u00fa zodpovedn\u00e9 za emisie \u0161kodliv\u00fdch plynov a zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok a je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 ma\u0165 \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie na kontrolu zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia. Jednou z naj\u00fa\u010dinnej\u0161\u00edch technol\u00f3gi\u00ed na kontrolu zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia s\u00fa regenerat\u00edvne term\u00e1lne oxid\u00e1tory alebo RTO. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku sa budeme venova\u0165 v\u00fdhod\u00e1m RTO oproti in\u00fdm technol\u00f3gi\u00e1m na kontrolu zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia.<\/p>\n<h2>V\u00fdhody RTO<\/h2>\n<h3>Vysok\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165<\/h3>\n<p>RTO s\u00fa vysoko \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 pri kontrole zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia. Z priemyseln\u00fdch v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov dok\u00e1\u017eu odstr\u00e1ni\u0165 a\u017e 991 ton prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC). Technol\u00f3gia RTO vyu\u017e\u00edva vrstvu keramick\u00e9ho m\u00e9dia na zachyt\u00e1vanie a spa\u013eovanie zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok pri vysok\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch. Teplo generovan\u00e9 po\u010das procesu spa\u013eovania sa potom pou\u017e\u00edva na predhriatie priv\u00e1dzan\u00e9ho kontaminovan\u00e9ho vzduchu, \u010do zni\u017euje prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady syst\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n<h3>N\u00edzke prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady<\/h3>\n<p>\u010eal\u0161ou v\u00fdznamnou v\u00fdhodou RTO s\u00fa ich n\u00edzke prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady.
