Regenerat\u00edvny term\u00e1lny oxid\u00e1tor (RTO) je technol\u00f3gia na kontrolu zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia, ktor\u00e1 sa pou\u017e\u00edva na odstra\u0148ovanie prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tok zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich ovzdu\u0161ie (HAP) z priemyseln\u00fdch procesov. Tla\u010diarensk\u00fd a spravodajsk\u00fd priemysel patria medzi odvetvia, ktor\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa RTO na kontrolu zne\u010distenia. Technol\u00f3gia RTO je efekt\u00edvna, spo\u013eahliv\u00e1 a n\u00e1kladovo efekt\u00edvna, v\u010faka \u010domu je ide\u00e1lnym rie\u0161en\u00edm pre tieto odvetvia. Syst\u00e9my RTO funguj\u00fa tak, \u017ee predhrievaj\u00fa pr\u00fad kontaminovan\u00e9ho plynu pri jeho prechode cez vstup a potom ho smeruj\u00fa do spa\u013eovacej komory. V spa\u013eovacej komore sa plyn oxiduje pri vysok\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch, pri\u010dom sa prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010deniny (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 akt\u00edvne l\u00e1tky (HAP) premie\u0148aj\u00fa na oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00fa paru. Proces spa\u013eovania uvo\u013e\u0148uje energiu, ktor\u00e1 ohrieva keramick\u00fd v\u00fdmenn\u00edk tepla, zatia\u013e \u010do vy\u010disten\u00fd plyn postupuje k v\u00fdstupu. V\u00fdmenn\u00edk tepla potom pren\u00e1\u0161a teplo z vy\u010disten\u00e9ho plynu do pr\u00fadu kontaminovan\u00e9ho plynu, \u010d\u00edm predhrieva priv\u00e1dzan\u00fd plyn. Predhriaty plyn sa potom smeruje do spa\u013eovacej komory a cyklus sa opakuje. Syst\u00e9m RTO pracuje nepretr\u017eite a striedavo pracuje medzi dvoma keramick\u00fdmi v\u00fdmenn\u00edkmi tepla, aby sa \u0161etrila energia a udr\u017eiavala kon\u0161tantn\u00e1 teplota procesu spa\u013eovania.<\/p>\n
