Regenerat\u00edvne term\u00e1lne oxid\u00e1tory, be\u017ene zn\u00e1me ako RTO, sa \u0161iroko pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa v r\u00f4znych odvetviach na kontrolu zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia. V tla\u010diarenskom a ude\u013eovacom priemysle sa RTO pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa na kontrolu emisi\u00ed prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) a in\u00fdch nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tok zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich ovzdu\u0161ie po\u010das procesu tla\u010de. Tento \u010dl\u00e1nok sa bude zaobera\u0165 pou\u017eit\u00edm RTO v tla\u010diarenskom a ude\u013eovacom priemysle, v\u00fdhodami pou\u017e\u00edvania RTO a t\u00fdm, ako RTO funguj\u00fa.<\/p>\n
RTO pon\u00fakaj\u00fa tla\u010diarensk\u00e9mu a ocenen\u00e9mu priemyslu nieko\u013eko v\u00fdhod. Medzi tieto v\u00fdhody patria:<\/p>\n
RTO funguj\u00fa na princ\u00edpe kombin\u00e1cie tepla a kysl\u00edka na ni\u010denie zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok vo v\u00fdfukovom vzduchu. Proces zah\u0155\u0148a nasleduj\u00face kroky:<\/p>\n

Ke\u010f sa tieto materi\u00e1ly po\u010das procesu tla\u010de zahrievaj\u00fa, uvo\u013e\u0148uj\u00fa VOC do ovzdu\u0161ia, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 \u0161kodliv\u00e9 pre \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie a \u013eudsk\u00e9 zdravie. RTO pon\u00fakaj\u00fa spo\u013eahliv\u00fd a efekt\u00edvny sp\u00f4sob kontroly t\u00fdchto emisi\u00ed, \u010d\u00edm sa zabezpe\u010duje s\u00falad s regula\u010dn\u00fdmi normami a chr\u00e1ni \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie.<\/p>\n
Pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00edm RTO m\u00f4\u017eu tla\u010diarne v\u00fdrazne zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 svoj vplyv na \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie kontrolou emisi\u00ed prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn a in\u00fdch zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok. To pom\u00e1ha chr\u00e1ni\u0165 \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie a zni\u017eova\u0165 riziko zdravotn\u00fdch probl\u00e9mov pre pracovn\u00edkov z\u00e1vodov a okolit\u00e9 komunity.<\/p>\n
RTO s\u00fa navrhnut\u00e9 tak, aby sp\u00e4tne z\u00edskavali teplo z odpadov\u00e9ho vzduchu, ktor\u00e9 sa d\u00e1 pou\u017ei\u0165 na predhriatie priv\u00e1dzan\u00e9ho vzduchu a zn\u00ed\u017eenie celkovej spotreby energie zariadenia. To zlep\u0161uje energetick\u00fa \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 a zni\u017euje prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady, v\u010faka \u010domu s\u00fa RTO n\u00e1kladovo efekt\u00edvnym rie\u0161en\u00edm pre tla\u010diarensk\u00fd priemysel.<\/p>\n

S postupn\u00fdm spr\u00eds\u0148ovan\u00edm regula\u010dn\u00fdch noriem sa RTO stan\u00fa \u010doraz d\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161\u00edm n\u00e1strojom na zabezpe\u010denie s\u00faladu s predpismi a ochranu \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia.<\/p>\n
Sme podnik zaoberaj\u00faci sa v\u00fdrobou high-tech zariaden\u00ed, ktor\u00fd sa \u0161pecializuje na komplexn\u00fa \u00fapravu prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) a technol\u00f3gie na redukciu uhl\u00edka a \u00fasporu energie. Medzi na\u0161e hlavn\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie patr\u00ed tepeln\u00e1 energia, spa\u013eovanie, tesnenie a automatick\u00e9 riadenie. Dok\u00e1\u017eeme simulova\u0165 teplotn\u00e9 polia, polia pr\u00fadenia vzduchu a vykon\u00e1va\u0165 experimenty na testovanie v\u00fdkonu keramick\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov na akumul\u00e1ciu tepla, adsorbentov zo zeolitov\u00fdch molekulov\u00fdch s\u00edt a vysokoteplotn\u00e9ho spa\u013eovania a oxid\u00e1cie VOC.<\/p>\n
V meste Xi'an sme zriadili v\u00fdskumn\u00e9 a v\u00fdvojov\u00e9 centrum pre technol\u00f3gie RTO a technologick\u00e9 centrum pre in\u017einierske technol\u00f3gie na redukciu uhl\u00edka z odpadov\u00fdch plynov, ako aj v\u00fdrobn\u00fa z\u00e1klad\u0148u s rozlohou 30 000 metrov \u0161tvorcov\u00fdch v meste Yangling. Sme popredn\u00fdm v\u00fdrobcom zariaden\u00ed RTO a rota\u010dn\u00fdch zariaden\u00ed so zeolitov\u00fdmi molekul\u00e1rnymi sitami z h\u013eadiska objemu v\u00fdroby a predaja na celom svete. N\u00e1\u0161 hlavn\u00fd technick\u00fd t\u00edm poch\u00e1dza z V\u00fdskumn\u00e9ho \u00fastavu pre leteck\u00fd a kozmick\u00fd v\u00fdskum kvapaln\u00fdch raketov\u00fdch motorov (Leteck\u00fd 6. in\u0161tit\u00fat). V s\u00fa\u010dasnosti m\u00e1me viac ako 360 zamestnancov vr\u00e1tane viac ako 60 technick\u00fdch \u010dlenov z\u00e1kladne v\u00fdskumu a v\u00fdvoja, vr\u00e1tane 3 ved\u00facich in\u017einierov na v\u00fdskumnej \u00farovni, 6 ved\u00facich in\u017einierov a 47 doktorov \u0161pecializuj\u00facich sa na termodynamiku.<\/p>\n
Medzi na\u0161e hlavn\u00e9 produkty patr\u00ed regenera\u010dn\u00e1 termick\u00e1 oxida\u010dn\u00e1 pec (RTO) s rota\u010dn\u00fdm ventilom a rota\u010dn\u00e9 koleso na adsorpciu a koncentr\u00e1ciu molekulov\u00fdch s\u00edt zeolitu.
