Tla\u010diarensk\u00fd priemysel nie je v\u00fdnimkou. Technol\u00f3gia RTO sa preuk\u00e1zala ako vysoko \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 pri zni\u017eovan\u00ed emisi\u00ed prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) v tla\u010diarensk\u00fdch procesoch a pri v\u00fdrobe bieleho papiera. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku presk\u00famame v\u00fdhody pou\u017e\u00edvania RTO v tla\u010diarenskom priemysle z r\u00f4znych perspekt\u00edv.<\/p>\n
RTO s\u00fa zariadenia na regul\u00e1ciu zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia, ktor\u00e9 funguj\u00fa na princ\u00edpe oxid\u00e1cie prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) prostredn\u00edctvom vysokoteplotn\u00e9ho spa\u013eovacieho procesu. Proces zah\u0155\u0148a ohrev odpadov\u00e9ho vzduchu nas\u00fdten\u00e9ho VOC na teplotu, pri ktorej sa VOC m\u00f4\u017eu sp\u00e1li\u0165 a rozlo\u017ei\u0165 na oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00fa paru. Proces spa\u013eovania prebieha v keramickom l\u00f4\u017eku, kde sa teplo generovan\u00e9 procesom zachyt\u00e1va a pou\u017e\u00edva na predhriatie priv\u00e1dzan\u00e9ho odpadov\u00e9ho vzduchu, \u010do vedie k vysokej tepelnej \u00fa\u010dinnosti a\u017e do 971 TP4T.<\/p>\n
V polygrafickom priemysle sa RTO m\u00f4\u017eu pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 v r\u00f4znych procesoch vr\u00e1tane flexografickej, h\u013abkotla\u010dovej a ofsetovej tla\u010de, ako aj pri v\u00fdrobe bieleho papiera.
