RTO v\u0161ak pon\u00fakaj\u00fa aj cel\u00fd rad \u010fal\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdhod vr\u00e1tane ochrany prev\u00e1dzky pred potenci\u00e1lnymi zmenami v predpisoch, zlep\u0161enia energetickej \u00fa\u010dinnosti a zv\u00fd\u0161enia n\u00e1kladovej efekt\u00edvnosti. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku presk\u00famame r\u00f4zne aspekty RTO v s\u00favislosti s tla\u010dou a zabezpe\u010den\u00edm bud\u00facnosti.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Ako funguj\u00fa RTO v tla\u010diarenskom priemysle<\/h2>\n<p>RTO s\u00fa ur\u010den\u00e9 na \u00fapravu v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov vznikaj\u00facich po\u010das procesu tla\u010de, ktor\u00e9 maj\u00fa \u010dasto vysok\u00fd obsah prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC). V podstate RTO oxiduj\u00fa VOC a premie\u0148aj\u00fa ich na oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00fa paru. Hoci je samotn\u00fd proces jednoduch\u00fd, RTO s\u00fa vysoko \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 pri odstra\u0148ovan\u00ed a\u017e 991 TP4T VOC z v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov.<\/p>\n<h3>1.1 Komponenty RTO<\/h3>\n<p>RTO pozost\u00e1va z nieko\u013ek\u00fdch k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdch komponentov vr\u00e1tane spa\u013eovacej komory, v\u00fdmenn\u00edka tepla a oxida\u010dnej komory. Spa\u013eovacia komora je miesto, kde sa spa\u013euje zemn\u00fd plyn na ohrev prich\u00e1dzaj\u00faceho pr\u00fadu v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov. V\u00fdmenn\u00edk tepla umo\u017e\u0148uje prenos tepla z odch\u00e1dzaj\u00faceho pr\u00fadu v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov do prich\u00e1dzaj\u00faceho pr\u00fadu, \u010d\u00edm sa zni\u017euje energia potrebn\u00e1 na ohrev plynu.
