Tla\u010diarensk\u00fd priemysel je jedn\u00fdm z najviac zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich odvetv\u00ed na svete. Tla\u010diarensk\u00e9 farby obsahuj\u00fa r\u00f4zne toxick\u00e9 chemik\u00e1lie, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 \u0161kodliv\u00e9 pre \u013eudsk\u00e9 zdravie a \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie. Jedn\u00fdm z naj\u00fa\u010dinnej\u0161\u00edch rie\u0161en\u00ed na zn\u00ed\u017eenie emisi\u00ed a ochranu \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia s\u00fa regenerat\u00edvne term\u00e1lne oxid\u00e1tory (RTO). V tomto blogovom pr\u00edspevku sa budeme venova\u0165 RTO pre tla\u010d a farby a tomu, ako m\u00f4\u017eu pom\u00f4c\u0165 zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 emisie.<\/p>\n
Regenerat\u00edvne term\u00e1lne oxid\u00e1tory (RTO) s\u00fa zariadenia na regul\u00e1ciu zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia, ktor\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa vysok\u00e9 teploty na premenu \u0161kodliv\u00fdch zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok na ne\u0161kodn\u00e9 plyny. RTO s\u00fa navrhnut\u00e9 tak, aby zvl\u00e1dali vysok\u00e9 prietoky a koncentr\u00e1cie zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok. RTO s\u00fa ide\u00e1lne pre odvetvia s vysok\u00fdmi emisiami VOC (prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn), ako je napr\u00edklad tla\u010diarensk\u00fd priemysel.<\/p>\n
RTO funguj\u00fa tak, \u017ee na ohrev priv\u00e1dzan\u00e9ho zne\u010disten\u00e9ho vzduchu vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa spa\u013eovaciu komoru. Hor\u00faci vzduch potom prech\u00e1dza cez keramick\u00e9 l\u00f4\u017eko, ktor\u00e9 sl\u00fa\u017ei ako v\u00fdmenn\u00edk tepla a predhrieva priv\u00e1dzan\u00fd zne\u010disten\u00fd vzduch. Predhriaty vzduch potom prech\u00e1dza cez druh\u00e9 keramick\u00e9 l\u00f4\u017eko, ktor\u00e9 \u010falej ohrieva vzduch na po\u017eadovan\u00fa teplotu. Pri tejto vysokej teplote sa zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00face l\u00e1tky oxiduj\u00fa a premie\u0148aj\u00fa na ne\u0161kodn\u00e9 plyny. \u010cist\u00fd vzduch sa potom uvo\u013e\u0148uje do atmosf\u00e9ry.<\/p>\n
Zariadenia RTO pon\u00fakaj\u00fa oproti in\u00fdm zariadeniam na kontrolu zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia nieko\u013eko v\u00fdhod. Zariadenia RTO s\u00fa vysoko \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 a dok\u00e1\u017eu dosiahnu\u0165 \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 de\u0161trukcie prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) a\u017e do 991 TP4T. S\u00fa tie\u017e ve\u013emi spo\u013eahliv\u00e9 a vy\u017eaduj\u00fa si minim\u00e1lnu \u00fadr\u017ebu. S\u00fa n\u00e1kladovo efekt\u00edvnym rie\u0161en\u00edm pre odvetvia s vysok\u00fdmi emisiami VOC, ako je napr\u00edklad tla\u010diarensk\u00fd priemysel. RTO sa v tla\u010diarenskom priemysle \u0161iroko pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa na kontrolu emisi\u00ed prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC).
