Regenerat\u00edvne term\u00e1lne oxid\u00e1tory (RTO) sa \u0161iroko pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa v tla\u010diarenskom a grafickom priemysle na kontrolu zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia. RTO s\u00fa vysoko \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 a efekt\u00edvne pri kontrole prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tok zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich ovzdu\u0161ie (HAP) emitovan\u00fdch z r\u00f4znych tla\u010diarensk\u00fdch procesov. Tento \u010dl\u00e1nok presk\u00fama v\u00fdhody RTO v tla\u010diarenskom a grafickom priemysle, ich n\u00e1vrh, prev\u00e1dzku a \u00fadr\u017ebu, ako aj ich vplyv na \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie. <\/p>\n
Syst\u00e9my RTO s\u00fa navrhnut\u00e9 tak, aby ni\u010dili prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010deniny (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 akt\u00edvne l\u00e1tky (HAP) ich zahrievan\u00edm na vysok\u00e9 teploty. Syst\u00e9m pracuje na princ\u00edpe ohrevu a chladenia, pri\u010dom tok plynov sa periodicky obracia, aby sa maximalizovalo sp\u00e4tn\u00e9 z\u00edskavanie tepla a minimalizovala spotreba energie.<\/p>\n
Keramick\u00e9 m\u00e9dium je k\u013e\u00fa\u010dovou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou syst\u00e9mu RTO. Sl\u00fa\u017ei ako tepeln\u00e1 masa, ktor\u00e1 absorbuje teplo generovan\u00e9 po\u010das procesu spa\u013eovania a uvo\u013e\u0148uje ho po\u010das chladiaceho cyklu. Spa\u013eovacia komora je miesto, kde sa plyny zahrievaj\u00fa na vysok\u00e9 teploty, aby sa spustil proces spa\u013eovania. Keramick\u00e9 m\u00e9dium by sa malo pravidelne kontrolova\u0165, aby sa zabezpe\u010dilo, \u017ee nie je prasknut\u00e9 alebo po\u0161koden\u00e9. Po\u0161koden\u00e9 m\u00e9dium m\u00f4\u017ee zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 RTO a zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 emisie.
