Tento priemysel je v\u0161ak zn\u00e1my svojimi emisiami prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tok zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich ovzdu\u0161ie (HAP), ktor\u00e9 predstavuj\u00fa riziko pre \u013eudsk\u00e9 zdravie a \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie. Na rie\u0161enie tohto probl\u00e9mu boli zaveden\u00e9 regenerat\u00edvne tepeln\u00e9 oxid\u00e1tory (RTO), ktor\u00e9 v\u00fdrazne zni\u017euj\u00fa emisie. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku sa podrobne zameriame na RTO pre tla\u010d a laminovanie.<\/p>\n<h2>\u010co je RTO?<\/h2>\n<p>RTO je typ priemyseln\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu na kontrolu zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia, ktor\u00fd sa pou\u017e\u00edva na \u00fapravu v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch emisi\u00ed. Komory s\u00fa rozdelen\u00e9 na vstupn\u00fa a v\u00fdstupn\u00fa \u010das\u0165. Zne\u010disten\u00fd vzduch vstupuje do vstupnej \u010dasti, kde je predhrievan\u00fd v\u00fdfukov\u00fdmi plynmi zo spa\u013eovacej komory. Hor\u00faci vzduch potom vstupuje do spa\u013eovacej komory, kde sa zahrieva na teplotu vznietenia. Prebieha proces spa\u013eovania a zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00face l\u00e1tky sa oxiduj\u00fa.
