\nRTO pre ofsetov\u00fa tla\u010d<\/title><br \/>\n <\/head><br \/>\n<body><\/p>\n<h1>RTO pre ofsetov\u00fa tla\u010d<\/h1>\n<p>Ofsetov\u00e1 tla\u010d je jednou z najpou\u017e\u00edvanej\u0161\u00edch tla\u010diarensk\u00fdch techn\u00edk na svete. M\u00f4\u017ee v\u0161ak ma\u0165 negat\u00edvny vplyv na \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie v d\u00f4sledku prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) uvo\u013e\u0148ovan\u00fdch po\u010das procesu tla\u010de. A tu prich\u00e1dzaj\u00fa na rad regenerat\u00edvne tepeln\u00e9 oxida\u010dn\u00e9 \u010dinidl\u00e1 (RTO). V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku presk\u00famame, ako sa RTO pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa v ofsetovej tla\u010di na zn\u00ed\u017eenie emisi\u00ed VOC a ak\u00e9 s\u00fa v\u00fdhody pou\u017e\u00edvania RTO oproti in\u00fdm technol\u00f3gi\u00e1m na zni\u017eovanie emisi\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Ako funguj\u00fa RTO<\/h2>\n<p>Zariadenia RTO sa pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa na kontrolu emisi\u00ed prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) v r\u00f4znych odvetviach vr\u00e1tane ofsetovej tla\u010de. Zariadenia RTO funguj\u00fa tak, \u017ee ohrievaj\u00fa vzduch nas\u00fdten\u00fd VOC na vysok\u00fa teplotu, \u010d\u00edm sa VOC rozkladaj\u00fa na oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00fa paru. Zariadenia RTO s\u00fa navrhnut\u00e9 tak, aby zachyt\u00e1vali a op\u00e4tovne vyu\u017e\u00edvali teplo generovan\u00e9 po\u010das oxida\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu, v\u010faka \u010domu s\u00fa energeticky \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 a n\u00e1kladovo efekt\u00edvne.<\/p>\n<h3>Proces ofsetovej tla\u010de<\/h3>\n<p>Ofsetov\u00e1 tla\u010d je proces, ktor\u00fd vyu\u017e\u00edva tla\u010diarensk\u00e9 dosky, atrament a gumen\u00fa podlo\u017eku na prenos obr\u00e1zka na papier. Vysok\u00e1 teplota, pri ktorej RTO pracuj\u00fa, zabezpe\u010duje, \u017ee VOC s\u00fa zni\u010den\u00e9 a neuvo\u013e\u0148uj\u00fa sa do atmosf\u00e9ry.
