Ofsetov\u00e1 tla\u010d je jednou z najpou\u017e\u00edvanej\u0161\u00edch tla\u010diarensk\u00fdch techn\u00edk na svete. M\u00f4\u017ee v\u0161ak ma\u0165 negat\u00edvny vplyv na \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie v d\u00f4sledku prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) uvo\u013e\u0148ovan\u00fdch po\u010das procesu tla\u010de. A tu prich\u00e1dzaj\u00fa na rad regenerat\u00edvne tepeln\u00e9 oxida\u010dn\u00e9 \u010dinidl\u00e1 (RTO). V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku presk\u00famame, ako sa RTO pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa v ofsetovej tla\u010di na zn\u00ed\u017eenie emisi\u00ed VOC a ak\u00e9 s\u00fa v\u00fdhody pou\u017e\u00edvania RTO oproti in\u00fdm technol\u00f3gi\u00e1m na zni\u017eovanie emisi\u00ed.<\/p>\n
Zariadenia RTO sa pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa na kontrolu emisi\u00ed prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) v r\u00f4znych odvetviach vr\u00e1tane ofsetovej tla\u010de. Zariadenia RTO funguj\u00fa tak, \u017ee ohrievaj\u00fa vzduch nas\u00fdten\u00fd VOC na vysok\u00fa teplotu, \u010d\u00edm sa VOC rozkladaj\u00fa na oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00fa paru. Zariadenia RTO s\u00fa navrhnut\u00e9 tak, aby zachyt\u00e1vali a op\u00e4tovne vyu\u017e\u00edvali teplo generovan\u00e9 po\u010das oxida\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu, v\u010faka \u010domu s\u00fa energeticky \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 a n\u00e1kladovo efekt\u00edvne.<\/p>\n
Ofsetov\u00e1 tla\u010d je proces, ktor\u00fd vyu\u017e\u00edva tla\u010diarensk\u00e9 dosky, atrament a gumen\u00fa podlo\u017eku na prenos obr\u00e1zka na papier. Po\u010das procesu tla\u010de sa atrament pren\u00e1\u0161a z tla\u010diarensk\u00fdch dosiek na gumen\u00fa podlo\u017eku a potom na papier. Tento proces m\u00f4\u017ee produkova\u0165 prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010deniny (VOC), ktor\u00e9 sa uvo\u013e\u0148uj\u00fa do ovzdu\u0161ia.<\/p>\n
Tla\u010diarne RTO s\u00fa vysoko \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 pri zni\u017eovan\u00ed emisi\u00ed prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC). Vysok\u00e1 teplota, pri ktorej RTO pracuj\u00fa, zabezpe\u010duje, \u017ee VOC s\u00fa zni\u010den\u00e9 a neuvo\u013e\u0148uj\u00fa sa do atmosf\u00e9ry. To pom\u00e1ha ofsetov\u00fdm tla\u010diar\u0148am dodr\u017eiava\u0165 environment\u00e1lne predpisy a zni\u017euje ich environment\u00e1lnu stopu.<\/p>\n
Hoci RTO m\u00f4\u017eu ma\u0165 v porovnan\u00ed s in\u00fdmi technol\u00f3giami na odstra\u0148ovanie zne\u010distenia vy\u0161\u0161ie kapit\u00e1lov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady, z dlhodob\u00e9ho h\u013eadiska s\u00fa vysoko n\u00e1kladovo efekt\u00edvne. RTO s\u00fa energeticky \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 a m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 navrhnut\u00e9 tak, aby zachyt\u00e1vali a op\u00e4tovne vyu\u017e\u00edvali teplo generovan\u00e9 po\u010das oxida\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu, \u010do zni\u017euje prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady.<\/p>\n

Pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00edm RTO m\u00f4\u017eu ofsetov\u00e9 tla\u010diarne sp\u013a\u0148a\u0165 environment\u00e1lne predpisy, zni\u017eova\u0165 svoju environment\u00e1lnu stopu a fungova\u0165 udr\u017eate\u013enej\u0161ie.<\/p>\n

M\u00e1me viac ako 360 zamestnancov vr\u00e1tane viac ako 60 technologick\u00fdch chrbtic pre v\u00fdskum a v\u00fdvoj, vr\u00e1tane 3 hlavn\u00fdch in\u017einierov, 6 ved\u00facich in\u017einierov a 47 doktorov termodynamiky.<\/p>\n
Na\u0161a spolo\u010dnos\u0165 z\u00edskala certifik\u00e1ciu syst\u00e9mu riadenia znalost\u00ed, certifik\u00e1ciu syst\u00e9mu riadenia kvality, certifik\u00e1ciu syst\u00e9mu environment\u00e1lneho mana\u017e\u00e9rstva, kvalifik\u00e1ciu pre stavebn\u00fd podnik, high-tech podnik, patent na rota\u010dn\u00fd ventil pre regenerat\u00edvne termick\u00e9 oxida\u010dn\u00e9 pece, patent na rota\u010dn\u00e9 zariadenie na akumul\u00e1ciu tepla spa\u013eovan\u00edm a patent na rota\u010dn\u00e9 molekulov\u00e9 sito diskov\u00e9ho typu at\u010f. Pri v\u00fdbere zariadenia RTO je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 najprv ur\u010di\u0165 charakteristiky odpadov\u00e9ho plynu, ktor\u00fd sa m\u00e1 \u010disti\u0165. Potom je potrebn\u00e9 porozumie\u0165 miestnym predpisom a emisn\u00fdm norm\u00e1m stanoven\u00fdm na zabezpe\u010denie s\u00faladu. D\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 je tie\u017e vyhodnoti\u0165 energetick\u00fa \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165, zv\u00e1\u017ei\u0165 prev\u00e1dzku a \u00fadr\u017ebu a analyzova\u0165 rozpo\u010det a n\u00e1klady. Spr\u00e1vny typ RTO by sa mal vybra\u0165 na z\u00e1klade t\u00fdchto faktorov, pri\u010dom by sa mali zoh\u013eadni\u0165 aj environment\u00e1lne a bezpe\u010dnostn\u00e9 faktory. Nakoniec by sa mali vykona\u0165 testy a overenie v\u00fdkonu, aby sa zabezpe\u010dila \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 zariadenia (sem vlo\u017ete obr\u00e1zok).<\/p>\n
