Jedn\u00fdm z najv\u00fdznamnej\u0161\u00edch probl\u00e9mov je zne\u010distenie ovzdu\u0161ia. Tla\u010diarsky proces produkuje mnoho prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC), nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tok zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich ovzdu\u0161ie (HAP) a \u010fal\u0161\u00edch zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu sp\u00f4sobi\u0165 v\u00e1\u017ene po\u0161kodenie \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia a \u013eudsk\u00e9ho zdravia. Regenerat\u00edvne term\u00e1lne oxid\u00e1tory (RTO) s\u00fa \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdm rie\u0161en\u00edm na kontrolu emisi\u00ed v tla\u010diarni.<\/p>\n<h2>\u010co je regenerat\u00edvny term\u00e1lny oxid\u00e1tor (RTO)?<\/h2>\n<p>RTO je pokro\u010dil\u00e1 technol\u00f3gia regul\u00e1cie emisi\u00ed, ktor\u00e1 vyu\u017e\u00edva vysok\u00e9 teploty a oxid\u00e1ciu na ni\u010denie zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok. Syst\u00e9m pozost\u00e1va zo spa\u013eovacej komory, v\u00fdmenn\u00edka tepla a riadiaceho syst\u00e9mu. RTO funguje tak, \u017ee predhrieva procesn\u00fd vzduch a potom ho prech\u00e1dza cez vrstvu keramick\u00e9ho m\u00e9dia. Keramick\u00e9 m\u00e9dium sa ohrieva hor\u00facimi v\u00fdfukov\u00fdmi plynmi zo spa\u013eovacej komory a procesn\u00fd vzduch sa ohrieva na teplotu spa\u013eovania, ktor\u00e1 sa zvy\u010dajne pohybuje medzi 760 \u00b0C a 870 \u00b0C.
