Uk\u00e1zalo sa, \u017ee s\u00fa \u00fa\u010dinnou met\u00f3dou na zn\u00ed\u017eenie emisi\u00ed a splnenie predpisov. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku presk\u00famame pr\u00edpadov\u00e9 \u0161t\u00fadie o \u00fa\u010dinnosti RTO.<\/p>\n<h2>Pr\u00edpadov\u00e1 \u0161t\u00fadia 1: V\u00fdrobca automobilov\u00fdch dielov<\/h2>\n<p>Jedna pr\u00edpadov\u00e1 \u0161t\u00fadia o efekt\u00edvnosti zariaden\u00ed RTO bola vykonan\u00e1 na v\u00fdrobcovi automobilov\u00fdch dielov s v\u00fdrobnou linkou 3 000 000 dielov mesa\u010dne. Zariadenie bolo vybaven\u00e9 dvoma jednotkami RTO, ka\u017ed\u00e1 s kapacitou 70 000 SCFM (\u0161tandardn\u00fdch kubick\u00fdch st\u00f4p za min\u00fatu) a \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165ou ni\u010denia 991 TP3T. \u0160t\u00fadia zistila, \u017ee zariadenia RTO zn\u00ed\u017eili emisie VOC zariadenia o viac ako 951 TP3T, \u010d\u00edm sa dostali v\u00fdrazne pod regula\u010dn\u00e9 limity. Zariadenia RTO tie\u017e u\u0161etrili zariadeniu viac ako 1 mili\u00f3n TP4T ro\u010dne na prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fdch n\u00e1kladoch.<\/p>\n<h2>Pr\u00edpadov\u00e1 \u0161t\u00fadia 2: V\u00fdrobca liekov<\/h2>\n<p>\u010eal\u0161ia pr\u00edpadov\u00e1 \u0161t\u00fadia sa uskuto\u010dnila na farmaceutickom v\u00fdrobcovi, ktor\u00fd vyr\u00e1ba antibiotik\u00e1. V\u00fdroba v tomto zariaden\u00ed generuje zna\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estvo emisi\u00ed prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC), \u010do si vy\u017eaduje \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fa technol\u00f3giu kontroly zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia. V zariaden\u00ed sa nain\u0161talovala jedna jednotka RTO s \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165ou ni\u010denia 99,91 TP3T a kapacitou 20 000 SCFM. RTO \u00faspe\u0161ne zn\u00ed\u017eila emisie VOC v zariaden\u00ed o viac ako 981 TP3T, \u010d\u00edm splnila regula\u010dn\u00e9 po\u017eiadavky. Okrem toho RTO u\u0161etrila zariadeniu viac ako 1 TP4 500 000 ro\u010dne na prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fdch n\u00e1kladoch.<\/p>\n<h2>Pr\u00edpadov\u00e1 \u0161t\u00fadia 3: V\u00fdrobca chemik\u00e1li\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>V\u00fdrobca chemik\u00e1li\u00ed vyr\u00e1baj\u00faci \u0161peci\u00e1lne chemik\u00e1lie vykonal \u0161t\u00fadiu o \u00fa\u010dinnosti RTO (elektrick\u00fdch tokoferolov\u00fdch zariaden\u00ed) pri zni\u017eovan\u00ed emisi\u00ed prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC). Zariadenie nain\u0161talovalo dve RTO jednotky, ka\u017ed\u00e1 s kapacitou 50 000 \u0161tvorcov\u00fdch stop za min\u00fatu (SCFM) a \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165ou ni\u010denia 99,91 TP3T. RTO jednotky \u00faspe\u0161ne zn\u00ed\u017eili emisie VOC zariadenia o viac ako 991 TP3T, \u010d\u00edm prekro\u010dili regula\u010dn\u00e9 po\u017eiadavky. RTO tie\u017e v\u00fdrazne zn\u00ed\u017eili prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady zariadenia minimaliz\u00e1ciou spotreby paliva.<\/p>\n<h2>Z\u00e1ver<\/h2>\n<p>Z\u00e1verom mo\u017eno kon\u0161tatova\u0165, \u017ee rekupera\u010dn\u00e9 termick\u00e9 oxid\u00e1tory sa uk\u00e1zali ako \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 rie\u0161enie na zn\u00ed\u017eenie emisi\u00ed prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn a splnenie regula\u010dn\u00fdch po\u017eiadaviek. Pr\u00edpadov\u00e9 \u0161t\u00fadie diskutovan\u00e9 v tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku ukazuj\u00fa, \u017ee RTO boli \u00faspe\u0161n\u00e9 v r\u00f4znych odvetviach vr\u00e1tane automobilov\u00fdch s\u00fa\u010diastok, farmaceutick\u00e9ho priemyslu a chemik\u00e1li\u00ed. Implement\u00e1cia RTO tie\u017e viedla k zna\u010dn\u00fdm \u00faspor\u00e1m n\u00e1kladov pre zariadenia.
