RTO s\u00fa navrhnut\u00e9 tak, aby ni\u010dili nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00face ovzdu\u0161ie (HAP) emitovan\u00e9 po\u010das priemyseln\u00fdch procesov prostredn\u00edctvom tepelnej oxid\u00e1cie, ktor\u00e1 zah\u0155\u0148a zahrievanie zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok na vysok\u00e9 teploty (zvy\u010dajne nad 815 \u00b0C) a ich premenu na menej \u0161kodliv\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010deniny, ako je CO2 a vodn\u00e1 para. <\/p>\n<h2>Ako funguje RTO?<\/h2>\n<p>V\u00fdmenn\u00edk tepla RTO pozost\u00e1va z troch hlavn\u00fdch komponentov: spa\u013eovacej komory, v\u00fdmenn\u00edka tepla a riadiaceho syst\u00e9mu. Ke\u010f zne\u010disten\u00fd vzduch vst\u00fapi do spa\u013eovacej komory, predhreje sa a zmie\u0161a s palivom (zvy\u010dajne zemn\u00fdm plynom). Zmes sa potom zap\u00e1li a v\u00fdsledn\u00fd plame\u0148 ohrieva keramick\u00fd v\u00fdmenn\u00edk tepla. V\u00fdmenn\u00edk tepla absorbuje teplo z v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov a pren\u00e1\u0161a ho do priv\u00e1dzan\u00e9ho zne\u010disten\u00e9ho vzduchu, ktor\u00fd sa potom ohrieva na po\u017eadovan\u00fa teplotu pre oxid\u00e1ciu.
