Rekupera\u010dn\u00fd tepeln\u00fd oxid\u00e1tor<\/a> (RTO) je osved\u010den\u00fd syst\u00e9m pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fd na \u00fapravu emisi\u00ed prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC). Ide o proces spa\u013eovania pri vysokej teplote, ktor\u00fd dok\u00e1\u017ee zni\u010di\u0165 a\u017e 991 ton VOC pr\u00edtomn\u00fdch vo vzduchu. Syst\u00e9m RTO vyu\u017e\u00edva v\u00fdmenn\u00edk tepla na predhrievanie priv\u00e1dzan\u00e9ho zne\u010disten\u00e9ho vzduchu sp\u00e4tn\u00fdm z\u00edskavan\u00edm tepla generovan\u00e9ho procesom spa\u013eovania. Tento syst\u00e9m je vysoko \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fd a jeho v\u00fdkon je mo\u017en\u00e9 \u010falej zlep\u0161i\u0165 za\u010dlenen\u00edm pokro\u010dil\u00fdch funkci\u00ed, ako s\u00fa vysoko\u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 v\u00fdmenn\u00edky tepla a pomocn\u00e9 syst\u00e9my vstrekovania paliva.<\/p>\n

Ako funguje RTO?<\/h2>\n

Syst\u00e9m RTO pracuje v troch f\u00e1zach: ohrev, spa\u013eovanie a chladenie. Vo f\u00e1ze ohrevu je zne\u010disten\u00fd vzduch predhrievan\u00fd v\u00fdmenn\u00edkom tepla, ktor\u00fd z\u00edskava teplo z hor\u00facich v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov. Predhrievan\u00fd vzduch je potom smerovan\u00fd do spa\u013eovacej komory, kde sa zmie\u0161a so zemn\u00fdm plynom alebo prop\u00e1nom a zahrieva sa na teplotu okolo 815 \u00b0C. Vo f\u00e1ze spa\u013eovania sa prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010denia oxiduj\u00fa na oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00fa paru. Vo f\u00e1ze chladenia sa hor\u00face v\u00fdfukov\u00e9 plyny ochladzuj\u00fa v\u00fdmenn\u00edkom tepla a \u010dist\u00fd vzduch sa uvo\u013e\u0148uje do atmosf\u00e9ry.<\/p>\n
