Rekupera\u010dn\u00fd tepeln\u00fd oxid\u00e1tor<\/a> (RTO) je typ zariadenia na kontrolu zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia, ktor\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edva vysok\u00fa teplotu a kysl\u00edk na rozklad prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) na oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00fa paru. RTO sa \u0161iroko pou\u017e\u00edva v r\u00f4znych odvetviach na zn\u00ed\u017eenie \u0161kodliv\u00fdch emisi\u00ed. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku sa zameriame na pou\u017eitie RTO pre pevn\u00e9 \u010dastice a jeho \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 pri zni\u017eovan\u00ed zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia.<\/p>\n

\u010co je to tuh\u00e9 \u010dastice?<\/h2>\n

Tuh\u00e9 \u010dastice (PM) s\u00fa typom zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facej l\u00e1tky v ovzdu\u0161\u00ed, ktor\u00e1 pozost\u00e1va z drobn\u00fdch \u010dast\u00edc suspendovan\u00fdch vo vzduchu. PM m\u00f4\u017eu vznika\u0165 z pr\u00edrodn\u00fdch zdrojov, ako je prach, lesn\u00e9 po\u017eiare a sope\u010dn\u00e9 erupcie, ako aj z \u013eudsk\u00fdch \u010dinnost\u00ed, ako je doprava, stavebn\u00edctvo a priemyseln\u00e9 procesy. PM m\u00f4\u017eu ma\u0165 v\u00e1\u017ene zdravotn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky na d\u00fdchac\u00ed a kardiovaskul\u00e1rny syst\u00e9m \u010dloveka, najm\u00e4 jemn\u00e9 \u010dastice, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu prenikn\u00fa\u0165 hlboko do p\u013e\u00fac.<\/p>\n

Ako funguje RTO na redukciu pevn\u00fdch \u010dast\u00edc<\/h2>\n

RTO funguje tak, \u017ee ohrieva kontaminovan\u00fd vzduch na vysok\u00fa teplotu (700 \u2013 1 000 \u00b0C) v spa\u013eovacej komore, kde sa PM oxiduj\u00fa a rozkladaj\u00fa na ne\u0161kodn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky. Hor\u00faci \u010dist\u00fd vzduch potom prech\u00e1dza v\u00fdmenn\u00edkom tepla, kde sa pou\u017e\u00edva na predhriatie priv\u00e1dzan\u00e9ho kontaminovan\u00e9ho vzduchu, \u010d\u00edm sa zni\u017euje spotreba energie syst\u00e9mu. RTO dok\u00e1\u017ee dosiahnu\u0165 vysok\u00fa \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 odstra\u0148ovania PM (99,91 TP4T) a je vhodn\u00e9 na manipul\u00e1ciu s ve\u013ek\u00fdmi objemami vzduchu s n\u00edzkou a\u017e strednou koncentr\u00e1ciou PM.<\/p>\n
