Tla\u010d je jedn\u00fdm z hlavn\u00fdch prispievate\u013eov k zne\u010disteniu ovzdu\u0161ia v d\u00f4sledku pou\u017e\u00edvania rozp\u00fa\u0161\u0165adiel a prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC). Emisie z tla\u010diarensk\u00fdch oper\u00e1ci\u00ed m\u00f4\u017eu ma\u0165 v\u00fdznamn\u00fd vplyv na \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie a \u013eudsk\u00e9 zdravie. Na zmiernenie tohto probl\u00e9mu mnoh\u00e9 polygrafick\u00e9 odvetvia prijali rekuperat\u00edvne tepeln\u00e9 oxid\u00e1tory (RTO) ako zariadenie na regul\u00e1ciu zne\u010distenia, ktor\u00e9 zni\u017euje \u0161kodliv\u00e9 emisie. Tento \u010dl\u00e1nok sa zaober\u00e1 pou\u017eit\u00edm rekuperat\u00edvnych tepeln\u00fdch oxid\u00e1torov v polygrafickom priemysle.<\/p>\n
Rekupera\u010dn\u00fd termick\u00fd oxid\u00e1tor je typ zariadenia na regul\u00e1ciu zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia, ktor\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edva vysok\u00e9 teploty na premenu nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tok zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich ovzdu\u0161ie na l\u00e1tky, ktor\u00e9 nie s\u00fa nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9. Technol\u00f3gia RTO je zalo\u017een\u00e1 na princ\u00edpe termickej oxid\u00e1cie, kde sa prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010denia (VOC) oxiduj\u00fa zahrievan\u00edm na vysok\u00fa teplotu v pr\u00edtomnosti kysl\u00edka. Proces premie\u0148a VOC na oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00fa paru, ktor\u00e9 sa potom uvo\u013e\u0148uj\u00fa do atmosf\u00e9ry.<\/p>\n
RTO pozost\u00e1va z dvoch v\u00fdmenn\u00edkov tepla, ktor\u00e9 predhrievaj\u00fa priv\u00e1dzan\u00fd zne\u010disten\u00fd vzduch odv\u00e1dzan\u00fdm \u010dist\u00fdm vzduchom. Predhriaty vzduch je potom veden\u00fd do spa\u013eovacej komory, kde sa zmie\u0161a so zemn\u00fdm plynom alebo prop\u00e1nom. Zmes sa zap\u00e1li a teplota sa udr\u017eiava medzi 815 \u00b0C a 980 \u00b0C. Vysok\u00e1 teplota sp\u00f4sobuje oxid\u00e1ciu prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) a ich rozklad na ich z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 zlo\u017eky. Hor\u00face spaliny s\u00fa potom veden\u00e9 do druh\u00e9ho v\u00fdmenn\u00edka tepla, kde pren\u00e1\u0161aj\u00fa teplo do priv\u00e1dzan\u00e9ho zne\u010disten\u00e9ho vzduchu a \u010falej ho predhrievaj\u00fa pred vstupom do oxid\u00e1tora. Tento proces v\u00fdmeny tepla pom\u00e1ha zni\u017eova\u0165 prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady RTO, preto\u017ee \u0161etr\u00ed energiu a zni\u017euje mno\u017estvo paliva potrebn\u00e9ho na udr\u017eanie teploty.<\/p>\n
Rekupera\u010dn\u00e9 term\u00e1lne oxid\u00e1tory s\u00fa \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdm zariaden\u00edm na kontrolu zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia, ktor\u00e9 zni\u017euje \u0161kodliv\u00e9 emisie z polygrafick\u00e9ho priemyslu. Pou\u017e\u00edvanie RTO pom\u00e1ha dodr\u017eiava\u0165 predpisy stanoven\u00e9 Agent\u00farou na ochranu \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia (EPA) a zni\u017euje vplyv tla\u010diarensk\u00fdch oper\u00e1ci\u00ed na \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie a \u013eudsk\u00e9 zdravie. N\u00edzke n\u00e1klady na \u00fadr\u017ebu a prev\u00e1dzku RTO z nich robia ide\u00e1lnu vo\u013ebu pre polygrafick\u00fd priemysel.<\/p>\n
Sme high-tech podnik zameran\u00fd na v\u00fdrobu zariaden\u00ed, ktor\u00fd sa \u0161pecializuje na komplexn\u00fa \u00fapravu prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) a technol\u00f3gie na redukciu uhl\u00edka a \u00fasporu energie. Medzi na\u0161e hlavn\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie patr\u00ed tepeln\u00e1 energia, spa\u013eovanie, tesnenie a samoregul\u00e1cia. Sme schopn\u00ed simulova\u0165 teplotn\u00e9 polia, polia pr\u00fadenia vzduchu a modelov\u00e9 v\u00fdpo\u010dty a vykon\u00e1va\u0165 experimenty a testy na keramick\u00fdch materi\u00e1loch na akumul\u00e1ciu tepla, adsorbentoch molekul\u00e1rnych s\u00edt a vysokoteplotnom spa\u013eovan\u00ed a oxid\u00e1cii organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn VOC. M\u00e1me v\u00fdskumn\u00e9 a v\u00fdvojov\u00e9 centrum pre technol\u00f3gie RTO a technologick\u00e9 centrum pre redukciu uhl\u00edka z odpadov\u00fdch plynov v meste Xi'an a v\u00fdrobn\u00fa z\u00e1klad\u0148u s rozlohou 30 000 metrov \u0161tvorcov\u00fdch v meste Yangling. Sme popredn\u00fdm svetov\u00fdm v\u00fdrobcom zariaden\u00ed RTO a rota\u010dn\u00fdch zariaden\u00ed s molekul\u00e1rnymi s\u00edtami z h\u013eadiska v\u00fdroby a predaja. N\u00e1\u0161 hlavn\u00fd technologick\u00fd t\u00edm poch\u00e1dza z V\u00fdskumn\u00e9ho \u00fastavu pre raketov\u00e9 motory na kvapaln\u00e9 palivo v letectve (Aerospace Sixth Institute). Na\u0161a spolo\u010dnos\u0165 m\u00e1 viac ako 360 zamestnancov, vr\u00e1tane viac ako 60 technologick\u00fdch chrbtic pre v\u00fdskum a v\u00fdvoj, vr\u00e1tane 3 ved\u00facich in\u017einierov na \u00farovni v\u00fdskumn\u00edkov, 6 ved\u00facich in\u017einierov a 57 doktorandov z termodynamiky.<\/p>\n
Z\u00edskali sme nasleduj\u00face certifik\u00e1cie a kvalifik\u00e1cie: certifik\u00e1cia syst\u00e9mu riadenia znalost\u00ed, certifik\u00e1cia syst\u00e9mu mana\u017e\u00e9rstva kvality, certifik\u00e1cia syst\u00e9mu environment\u00e1lneho mana\u017e\u00e9rstva, kvalifik\u00e1cia podniku v stavebn\u00edctve, high-tech podnik, patent na oxida\u010dn\u00fa pec s rota\u010dn\u00fdm ventilom na akumul\u00e1ciu tepla, patent na rota\u010dn\u00e9 spa\u013eovacie zariadenie na akumul\u00e1ciu tepla a patent na rota\u010dn\u00e9 diskov\u00e9 molekul\u00e1rne sito. Sme hrd\u00ed na na\u0161e \u00faspechy a sme odhodlan\u00ed poskytova\u0165 na\u0161im z\u00e1kazn\u00edkom vysokokvalitn\u00e9 a inovat\u00edvne rie\u0161enia.<\/p>\n
