Z\u00e1kladn\u00fdm princ\u00edpom RTO je oxid\u00e1cia VOC pri vysok\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch a ich premena na oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00fa paru. RTO pozost\u00e1va z nieko\u013ek\u00fdch komponentov vr\u00e1tane spa\u013eovacej komory, v\u00fdmenn\u00edka tepla a riadiaceho syst\u00e9mu. RTO je ob\u013e\u00fabenou technol\u00f3giou na kontrolu VOC v\u010faka svojej vysokej \u00fa\u010dinnosti, n\u00edzkym prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fdm n\u00e1kladom a \u0161etrnosti k \u017eivotn\u00e9mu prostrediu.<\/p>\n<h2>Ako to funguje?<\/h2>\n<p>RTO pracuje v dvoch krokoch. V prvom kroku sa v\u00fdfukov\u00e9 plyny s obsahom prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) predhrievaj\u00fa vo v\u00fdmenn\u00edku tepla \u010dist\u00fdm hor\u00facim vzduchom zo spa\u013eovacej komory. V druhom kroku sa predhriate v\u00fdfukov\u00e9 plyny priv\u00e1dzaj\u00fa do spa\u013eovacej komory, kde sa pri vysok\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch (700 \u2013 1 500 \u00b0C) oxiduj\u00fa palivom a kysl\u00edkom. Spa\u013eovacia komora je navrhnut\u00e1 tak, aby udr\u017eiavala spr\u00e1vnu teplotu a \u010das zotrvania, aby sa zabezpe\u010dila \u00fapln\u00e1 oxid\u00e1cia VOC. Ke\u010f hor\u00face v\u00fdfukov\u00e9 plyny op\u00fa\u0161\u0165aj\u00fa spa\u013eovaciu komoru, ochladzuj\u00fa sa vo v\u00fdmenn\u00edku tepla, ktor\u00fd pren\u00e1\u0161a teplo do priv\u00e1dzan\u00e9ho \u010dist\u00e9ho vzduchu. Ochladen\u00e9 v\u00fdfukov\u00e9 plyny sa potom uvo\u013e\u0148uj\u00fa do atmosf\u00e9ry.<\/p>\n<h2>V\u00fdhody RTO<\/h2>\n<p>RTO m\u00e1 oproti in\u00fdm technol\u00f3gi\u00e1m kontroly VOC nieko\u013eko v\u00fdhod, vr\u00e1tane:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vysok\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 de\u0161trukcie VOC (&gt; 99%) \u2013 RTO dok\u00e1\u017ee \u00fa\u010dinne odstra\u0148ova\u0165 VOC z priemyseln\u00fdch v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov, a to aj pri n\u00edzkych koncentr\u00e1ci\u00e1ch.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00edzke prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady \u2013 RTO vyu\u017e\u00edva teplo generovan\u00e9 po\u010das procesu spa\u013eovania na predhriatie prich\u00e1dzaj\u00facich v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov, \u010do zni\u017euje energiu potrebn\u00fa na udr\u017eanie vysokej teploty.<\/li>\n<li>\u0160etrn\u00e9 k \u017eivotn\u00e9mu prostrediu \u2013 RTO nepou\u017e\u00edva \u017eiadne chemik\u00e1lie ani negeneruje \u017eiadne sekund\u00e1rne zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00face l\u00e1tky, v\u010faka \u010domu je bezpe\u010dnou a udr\u017eate\u013enou technol\u00f3giou kontroly prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Aplik\u00e1cie RTO<\/h2>\n<p>RTO sa uplat\u0148uje v r\u00f4znych odvetviach vr\u00e1tane:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Farby a n\u00e1tery \u2013 RTO sa be\u017ene pou\u017e\u00edva na kontrolu emisi\u00ed prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) z oper\u00e1ci\u00ed nan\u00e1\u0161ania farieb a n\u00e1terov, ako s\u00fa striekacie kab\u00edny a su\u0161iarne.<\/li>\n<li>Chemik\u00e1lie \u2013 RTO sa m\u00f4\u017ee pou\u017ei\u0165 na kontrolu emisi\u00ed prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) z procesov chemickej v\u00fdroby, ako je napr\u00edklad regener\u00e1cia rozp\u00fa\u0161\u0165adiel a destil\u00e1cia.<\/li>\n<li>Tla\u010d \u2013 RTO sa d\u00e1 pou\u017ei\u0165 na kontrolu emisi\u00ed prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn z tla\u010diarensk\u00fdch procesov, ako je flexografick\u00e1 a h\u013abkotla\u010d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Obmedzenia RTO<\/h2>\n<p>RTO m\u00e1 aj ur\u010dit\u00e9 obmedzenia, ktor\u00e9 je potrebn\u00e9 zv\u00e1\u017ei\u0165, vr\u00e1tane:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vysok\u00e9 kapit\u00e1lov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady \u2013 RTO si vy\u017eaduje zna\u010dn\u00fa po\u010diato\u010dn\u00fa invest\u00edciu kv\u00f4li svojej zlo\u017eitej kon\u0161trukcii a prev\u00e1dzke pri vysok\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch.<\/li>\n<li>Vysok\u00e9 n\u00e1klady na \u00fadr\u017ebu \u2013 RTO vy\u017eaduje pravideln\u00fa \u00fadr\u017ebu, aby sa zabezpe\u010dila jeho spr\u00e1vna prev\u00e1dzka a v\u00fdkon.<\/li>\n<li>Nie je vhodn\u00e9 pre pr\u00fady s vysok\u00fdm obsahom pevn\u00fdch \u010dast\u00edc \u2013 RTO nie je \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 pri kontrole emisi\u00ed s vysok\u00fdm obsahom pevn\u00fdch \u010dast\u00edc, preto\u017ee pevn\u00e9 \u010dastice sa m\u00f4\u017eu hromadi\u0165 a upch\u00e1va\u0165 v\u00fdmenn\u00edk tepla.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Z\u00e1ver<\/h2>\n<p>Z\u00e1verom mo\u017eno poveda\u0165, \u017ee RTO je \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 a udr\u017eate\u013en\u00e1 technol\u00f3gia regul\u00e1cie VOC, ktor\u00fa mo\u017eno uplatni\u0165 v \u0161irokej \u0161k\u00e1le odvetv\u00ed. V\u010faka svojej vysokej \u00fa\u010dinnosti, n\u00edzkym prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fdm n\u00e1kladom a \u0161etrnosti k \u017eivotn\u00e9mu prostrediu je ob\u013e\u00fabenou vo\u013ebou na regul\u00e1ciu emisi\u00ed VOC.
